After reading a hell of a lot of opinions regards Moores’s sacking I now want to Chuck mine in to the mix. I feel we got very lucky to get promoted and a lot of the time last season the football was terrible and often individual brilliance got us through games #swfc
And this is why Moore has gone I don’t feel Chansiri trusted him to make the signings required and to play an attractive brand of football. Under Moore we constantly brought in wingers but played them as defenders which was crazy tbh
I hope Chansiri surprises us and backs whoever he brings in and hopefully it isn’t someone who sets up for a match not to lose! The fact that with the squad we had we didn’t get automatic speaks volumes! Yea the timing seems harsh but I believe this was all decided before.
The miracle promotion was achieved. Darren Moore will always be remembered fondly especially for his achievements in the last two games but don’t forget Forest Green away etc and some of the worst football ever seen at Hillsborough. The players comments eg Windass speaks volumes
The players looked trapped in tactics that did not suit them and was very rigid and when certain players were absent it crumbled. Good luck to Darren Moore in the future and keep the faith Owls this probably is the right decision
