Salah satu benda ralat me & husband did was beli rumah untuk anak-anak tanpa ilmu. Ingatkan setakat mampu bulanan, cukai pintu, cukai tanah etc.

Masa pandemik ni baru tahu kalau beli kondo (high rise) kena bayar 10-15k for strata title. Benda ni tak diberitahu masa beli 😒
Kalau tanya agent/developer usually mereka akan cakap “OK je kalau taknak bayar strata.”

For me tu untuk sedapkan hati je. Without strata title means rumah u masih belongs to developer. Walaupun kat bank nama u.

Dia jadi complicated kalau developer bungkus, or u nak jual rumah.
Rumah landed pun ada isu lain pula. Bila you dah beli, selain monthly bank installment dan segala cukai tahunan, kena prepare money for RA. RA ni first 2 years developers sponsored.

Lepas tu memang residents kena initiate sendiri. Depending on area, ada berpuluh/beratus sebulan.

Ramai yang masih kurang faham tentang etika membalas email.

Ini yang saya kongsikan dengan pelajar saya sebelum mereka memulakan internship atau bekerja.
1. “To” bermaksud email itu ditujukan kepada siapa, dan hanya individu yang di dalam kategori “To” sahaja yang perlu membalas email tersebut.

Apabila anda menerima sesuatu email, pastikan anda melihat dahulu adakah email itu diajukan kepada anda seorang, atau terdapat “CC”.
2. Sekiranya anda terletak dalam kategori “To” dan terdapat email lain di dalam “CC”,

pastikan anda membalas email tersebut dengan “Reply All”.

Bermakna respon dari anda itu akan dimaklumkan juga kepada mereka yang di dalam “CC”.

Rude ya kalau setakat “Reply” kepada sender 👎🏼
