There’s a new Linkedin feature that allows you tell a company that you are interested in working for them.

Your profile and information will be privately shared with recruiters at the company to consider you for a role in the future.

Here’s how to use it👇
Go to the Company’s page on Linkedin

Go to the about tab and scroll down

Click on the I’m interested icon
Once you signal that you’re interested, recruiters at the company will be able to view your profile when searching for interested candidates

Interest you’ve expressed will expire and no longer be visible to recruiters after a year
PS: Make sure your profile is fully optimized and reflect all your work experience and achievements before using this feature

If you need expert help in optimizing your profile, send a dm to @careertrailhq

Conflict: This is where the initial state/situation is disrupted and something is at stake forcing the character to actively find a solution to the problem.
