On January 13, 2021. My Congressman, Randy Weber reached out to me on FB messenger asking if we could have a phone call. He said he was busy, but set a time to call me. I thought it odd that my Congressman would be calling me personally, but didn't read too much into it
he called, we had a bit of chit chat, then he wanted to know what I did on J6. He wanted to know what time I got there. The route I took, the time I arrived and left etc. He sounded disappointed when I told him I did not go to the Capitol. The call lasted 36 minutes & 6 seconds.
After having done a lot of work on J6 recently, I have become more and more uncomfortable with that call. I learned Congressman Weber called another constituent. That constituent received a visit from the FBI shortly after that call.
When I questioned Weber about the other constituent he claimed not to remember making the call.
On April 13th I met with Congressman Weber in his League City office. I shared information with him regarding January 6th. He was completely uninformed on the topic and I spent about an hour educating him. During that meeting I inquired about why he called me,
if he had called others. I asked if he recorded the call. He didn't really answer, said his call was out of concern as he knew I had been in DC on J6. Mind you this call was on January 13, if he was concerned for my well being wouldn't that call have happened on J6?
Feeling like I didn't get a real answer about the purpose of his call, I went to Weber's website and wrote a letter to him asking those same questions. Why the need for the call, was it recorded and were any other parties ( such as the FBI) on that call?
this inquiry occurred on May 23, 2023. I have received no response. I have emailed his Chief of Staff letting her know I haven't received a response, those messages have also been ignored. I can't help but wonder if Congressmen Weber called me to question me
with the hope I entered the Capitol. Mind you I am not an easy constituent. I stay on top of every vote he makes. Some might say I am a pain in the you know what. Is it possible my REPRESENTATIVE was working with the FBI ( Congressman Weber's son is an FBI agent)
in hopes of entrapping me? I think I deserve an answer. It seems pretty simple to me, if it was innocent answer my questions and let's move on. @TXRandy14
