Here is Dr Kelly's statement regarding conflicts of interest. Note that the funding came from GMCA @greatermcr, and not from Team Halo/UN as originally thought from the previous statement.

This is @MFTnhs's response to the FOI. The 2 pages in @Jikkyleaks's tweet were provided as an appendix.
This request was overdue, and I had to complain to the ICO to get a timely response.
