I am so glad I am a normal person who can get upset at things being unnecessarily changed and having human emotions rather than a soulless contrarian happy things people paid for are being taken away.
It makes me happy I am capable of joy.
That's without mentioning that a porn account gave the game $1000 to be made in the first place.

You're either trans or your not, though. Being trans isn't some wishy-washy art thing.

I can get how it can be trans symbolism but there's a massive bridge between "this character is symbolism" and "this character is literally trans, fight me"
Literally any progression of character development can mean a character is trans in that respect.

If a character is canonically trans then that's fine. It's set in stone.

But if a character is confirmed cis, what then? The goalposts get moved and the argument rages on.
"Astolfo is trans because X, Y and Z" despite Astolfo himself saying he's a guy.

Felix Argyle being called trans despite there being an entire chapter about him in a light novel being a "pretty boy."

When did being trans become a concept and not... an actual thing you are?

The problem with having so few big sites is many of them can make absolutely terrible decisions that no one likes and there won't be any pushback that matters because there's no viable alternative

Discord with usernames, Reddit with its API, Twitch with is crackdown on ads...
It's like anything YouTube does. They can ban half its videos tomorrow for some vague reason and what'll happen is people will get mad... and continue with YouTube because there's no real alternative. It's like they're going "What are you gonna do, go to DailyMotion? Pfft."
And the big problem is they're kinda right, too.

These sites are big for a reason and that means that they have more resources to keep themselves in that upper echelon while making obscene decisions that benefit literally no one aside from making things easier for themselves.

Porn addiction arguments are always

"I should be allowed to spend $500,000 on feet pics with no one questioning me"

Vs

"You should be murdered for even looking at someone you're attracted to"

It's never anything about how to treat an addiction as if its alcoholism or smoking
"Porn Addiction" is the most Reddit addiction ever.

There's literally no desire to help those "addicted" without the ulterior motive of converting them to some weird ass even more toxic way of thinking that makes having 500tb of Nicole Watterson porn look sane.
NSFW stuff is fun to look at.

I've never really desired to pay for any porn beyond supporting the occasional friend who does it

I go for days without desiring to look at it

But I can still find the odd person accusing me of porn addiction because I have a... type

If you let a youtuber "indoctrinate" you into anything that says more about your parents and how they should have banned you from the internet.
Reading this it's like they really, desperately WANTED to be "indoctrinated" so they can overcome something and look good. But they can't say they willingly watched actual Alt-Right stuff so they go for the "pipeline" picks that aren't fully cancellable.
Back in the day kids used to talk about regretting jumping off things pretending they were Batman.

They're still pretending. But just that milquetoast YouTubers are going to bring back Hitler from the grave.

Literally both of these appearances are about him playing second fiddle to a version of Peter Parker.
Miles can be cool, both of those things are good, but Peter Parker isn't going to be secondary to Miles Morales who still has to have a game with the title "Miles Morales" in it so people know which Spider-Man you're playing as.
A few people either never watched Spiderverse or are intentionally taking this post out of context, so allow me to clarify.

Peter Parker existed in Miles' universe. He died, but he was Spider-Man before Miles. Miles still had a Peter Parker and was taught by ANOTHER Peter Parker

I might be drunk but Twitch/streamer posting is just a worse version of Pro Wrestling.

All twitch drama is fabricated, every controversy is beneficial and these actors need marks to draw them dimes.

And there are obsessives that think the love is real and pay their money.
Like Pokimane knows what's she's doing. They ALL know what they're doing. When one drama ends, one will sprout up. The next story is written and then when that runs its course another will come up.

None of these people are real. At least someone gets sent through a table in WWE.
Even the bans are like wrestling storyline firings where they're back two weeks later because actually firing your star talent is a stupid business move.
