It’s time for @TheJusticeDept to investigate who funded and fabricated the 303 SCOTUS case. It was completely teed up to serve to this court to elicit a ruling to gut LGBTQ+ rights. The court was manipulated, including by some sitting on the bench, and perhaps their spouses. 1/
Was it Ginni Thomas funneling her millions through the right wing think tank CRC to right wing Christian causes through the cutout “Donors Trust”? 2/ washingtonpost.com/investigations…
Was it Leonard Leo or Harland Crow? Paul Singer? Some beneficiary of John Roberts’ wife who accepts millions of dollars to place lawyers? Who recruited this woman to pretend she’s a web designer? 3/

I don’t know what the rules are for overturning a SCOTUS decision, but @TheJusticeDept needs to investigate and someone needs to file a sanctions motion lying in a court pleading. END

The court recognized the lies he told in the document my trolls are sharing, and ruled in my favor, finding a years-long pattern of coercive & controlling abuse as defined under the Domestic Violence Prevention Act. They granted me my restraining order AND just renewed it. 2/



Not only did the trolls have to PHYSICALLY go to San Diego Superior Court and PURCHASE these documents, they only published HIS reply to help fit THEIR narrative. They also didn’t show you his arrest record for felony spousal abuse the night he took the door off the hinges. 3/

This would be the case no matter how soon the 1/6 investigation began - which was delayed by trump holdovers.

Would I have preferred a special counsel be appointed a year sooner? Yes - and I asked for one. Would it have made a difference to 2024? No. 1/
Let’s game it out. Let’s say Garland appointed a special counsel in November of 2021. That’s when Graves was sworn in as US Attorney in DC & Olsen was sworn in as NATSEC AAG at DoJ. That’s the FIRST TIME Garland had HIS team of Biden appointees to prosecute the top of the coup 2/
It would be kinda weird to hire a special counsel the same month your team finally got there. That team - btw - was delayed by republicans in congress. Not Garland or Biden. So why didn’t Garland get the ball rolling earlier in 2021 between March and November? 3/

Can confirm. I was drawn into a debate about military service and accidentally said it was my grandfather and not his brother who perished in WWII, and they’ve hung me out to dry with that error. 1/
First, when asked about my family’s service, I consistently reply with “we lost my dad to exposure to agent orange when he was 46, we lost my great uncle over Germany in WWII, and my grandpa was on the Gregory when it sank at Guadalcanal.” 2/
I’ve told my grandpas story a zillion times and have shared articles about it. He went down to the after steering room and manually operated the rudders until he was forced to abandon. Here’s an example and the article. 3/

Today’s Washington Post reporting contradicts Washington Post reporting from March 2022 that subpoenas for info on the leadership of the coup had been going out since Jan 2022. 1/ washingtonpost.com/national-secur… ImageImage
The same day, the times reported the subpoenas included info on the fraudulent electors scheme. So it’s impossible that the FBI didn’t open an investigation until March 2022 as reported today by Wapo. 2/ nytimes.com/2022/03/30/us/… Image
It’s is *possible* the subpoenas were triggered by Michigan criminal referrals. But it’s not likely that DoJ would start issuing subpoenas the same week the referrals were made in January. END/

I’m going to say this one more time for clarity. Some folks seem to think there can be only two positions: that Garland is either a faultless messiah beyond reproach, or that he’s a federalist shill installed by dark forces to help trump. 1/
I’m not sure when nuance died, but reality is somewhere in between. Many seem to mistakenly think I fall squarely in the first camp. Perhaps those folks have missed the multiple times I’ve criticized Garland. Take this thread for example. 2/
