Court: The matter is for defense
AB Mahmoud: It is for defense and for the 1st Respondent to open its case.

He notes that they have 3 witnesses they want to call, however, they won't be available for some domestic situation.

He doesn't know if 1 will be available later today.🤦🏾‍♂️

AB Mahmoud: that is the constrained circumstances and he now asks that the matter be adjourned till tomorrow morning for continuation.

He expected AB Mahmoud to have taken him to confidence but he is surprised to be heating this. He jokingly notes that maybe it's the sight of many boxes (of evidence) that caused it.

He is not opposed to the application for adjournment! Senior Man.

My Lord, I do not object to the application also, I have some businesses at the office I need to run to for money.😀

Court:
The Court have ruled and adjourned the petition till tomorrow Tuesday July 4, 2023 by 9am for continuation of hearing.

The court will now rise and return at 2pm for the Petition of Atiku & PDP.
