So I'm going to have to wait to post official numbers, however Sound of Freedom by Angel Studios, starring Jim Caviezel (passion of the christ) w/ some input from Mel Gibson, is absolutely destroying Indiana Jones in the box office.

It's in half the theaters IJ is too. 🧵
So what I can say is that they are very narrowly edging out IJ despite the latter having a head start of a few days, a historically beloved IP to use, and being in almost twice as many theaters as SOF.

And this is not counting 10m in pre release sales for SOF.
To put this in perspective, Sound of Freedom had a 15 million dollar production budget. Indiana Jones 5 cost approximately 329 million because apparently longhousing another beloved action hero is an expensive business. Looks like SOF made 11 million on opening day yesterday.
And to top it all off they sold over 2 million tickets in pre release sales. I haven't seen the movie yet, but I will soon, and I will report back if it's an absolute banger.

I certainly won't be seeing Indiana Jones. Far as I'm concerned he went into retirement after Crusade.
But please do spread the word, the success of movies produced outside of the hollywood longhouse are cultural victories, even the ones that aren't your cup of tea. If you want to start seeing movies and shows that are actually good make a comeback, create the incentive for it!
I would also like to add that when I say "destroying" I mean in profitability. I have a feeling SOF is going to make a lot of money by the time it finishes out in theaters, and has likely just paid for itself within the first 48 hours of release.
IJ5 is in theaters worldwide, it's grossed 130m in box office sales, but it's production budget of 329 million? It probably isn't going to turn a profit if recent trends of other box office bombs by legacy studios are any indication.

Rick Grenell (as well as Spencer Klavan) are great examples of why you can't let "respectable" homosexuals participate in any degree of prominence on the right. They are always ready to shiv you in the back with sophistry. Their identity depends on Liberalism to exist after all. https://t.co/OdmFdfpWDw
The only thing which at a macro level 1st and 2nd gen Americans are better at which is actually useful to us, is their capacity for violence. They aren't as gunshy or cautious about being violent because it's normal where they come from, and we have a two tier justice system.
They are also much more likely to work in jobs and not careers, places which are less likely to fire them for controversy outside of work, and quite frankly easy jobs for them to go get another of if they did lose them.

While a 3rd or 4th+ gen American has much more to lose.

In honor of fathers day, I'm going to tell the story of my dad. And in a way, I am going to share him with you. I scanned all of the pictures I have of him, and they are the only tangible physical pieces of him I have left. Prepare for weird 80's and 90's clothes: Image
My dad was born in Peoria and when he was young, his dad died in a tragic work accident at Caterpillar. His older brothers remember him, but my dad was very young, and his younger brother was a baby. My oldest remaining uncle understands my own relationship with my dad acutely. Image
His mother did what any single mom in desperation might do. She had 4 sons and a daughter, and not much in the way of marketable skills. My dads childhood was chaotic. A lot of moving around, not paying rent and getting evicted, staying with various family in stints. Image

The most important thing currently *not* being done enough, is articulating a positive vision of a potential future.

It is not enough to be defined by what you are against. That's usually how you lose. Going to ponder a bit: Image
To avoid being specific to any particular group, I'll use the word "Dissenters" to represent anyone, of any stripe, that is in a degree of opposition to the current western hegemonic regime and how they do business. Dissent alone is not enough to win.
It is not enough to merely be against all the evil shit the current elites propagate. While it is important to spread the word, only so much awareness can be cultivated. Our food and water and consumer goods are poison. Our government is evil. Agenda 2030, yadda yadda.

An interesting thought I had regarding boomer-millennial animus:

Boomers seem to operate from the viewpoint that life got better with age. You don't see them reference their childhood all that much unless it's to humblebrag that they had it rougher than subsequent generations.
Whereas for millennials, the world has just gotten worse as we've aged, particularly around the decline after 2007. Which one could mistake for a viewpoint of "It doesn't get any better than this" and an endless referential relationship to childhood.
A great childhood juxtaposed by the death of the world and culture that childhood was experienced in as they came of age, vs a rather ordinary childhood with an adulthood filled with opportunity and material prosperity.

You go out and rep Uganda and suddenly there's a not insignificant number of "conservatives" poo pooing the fact that it's rude to say homosexuality should be criminalized, even if we all know that shit is not just gross but society destroying when permitted without shame.
I used to agree with the whole "let consenting adults do whatever in privacy" line but that boomerang is always going to come back to where we stand today when you permit an identity that is based around taboo and transgression to thrive.
Even the upright "sweatervest" gays that don't do anything wrong become a large political force seeing as they are childless career strivers most of the time, they've got money to burn for political causes and most of the time turn a blind eye or active defense to their more… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…

I'm going to share a handy tip for the dox averse here, which is how to potentially see that you are being catalogued for a takedown, and how to remove yourself from automated content cataloguing on archive.org

Anons in particular pay attention heed below: Image
One of the chief fingerprints you need to watch for to see if an adversary is performing collection on you, is to check and see if your twitter account is being archived on archive.org. It's not the only way, but it's the easy way. Free, reasonably immutable, etc.
Check the site and search for twitter.com<your handle> and make sure the search tab is looking for "Archived Web Sites"

Then you want to choose the "URL's" option, which will show you every existing snapshot not just of your root URL, but individual tweets. Image
