With the introduction of DAO Proposals, you’ll be able to view, comment, and vote on the very first POLIS Improvement Proposal (PIP-1)!

PIP-1 contains 3 articles to determine our DAO operations:

1️⃣ Blockchain Supremacy Clause, defining the DAO as autonomous programs operating on @solana
2️⃣ SA Constitution, explaining what the governance framework pertains
3️⃣ SA Foundation, ratifying the Star Atlas DAO

Our roadmap for PIP-1 includes 4 phases:

🔹Declaration or the publication of PIP-1
🔹Deliberation, featuring public comments, debate and ongoing community interest voting
🔹Decision, the on-chain vote
🔹Democratic Convergence, the formal blockchain ratification of PIP-1

PIP-1 is an invitation to all who have locked POLIS in the POLIS Locker and received PVP, or POLIS Voting Power. PVP is going to be needed to participate in the proposal process.
