Making $1,000,000 is much simpler than you think.

Alex West (@alexwestco) makes $500,000/year with what I think is the simplest business I've ever seen.

And that's why its great.

Here's how it works (and why you should care):
This is CyberLeads, by @alexwestco.

Every month, customers get a list of newly-funded companies — and their decision-maker's email — sent to them.

Here's why this is genius:
I'm not sure what the back-end looks like for sending the leads to customers, but I can't imagine its too complex.

And that's why this is great...
None of this is to say Alex doesn't work hard. Trust me, he does.

But his idea isn't the next Uber, Google, or Facebook.

The idea is one that solves a real problem for a specific group of people — and that's why it works.
Note that Alex follows landing page principles extremely well.

And the lesson we can all take here is this:

You don't need to start a billion dollar company. You need to find a part of the market that has a problem, and solve it.

You know those prospects that don't have emails in ANY data vendor?

I'm going to show you how to find and verify their email in less time than it takes you to RT this thread.

(It'll take like 2 mins longer tbh)
Step 1.

Look up the prospect's first name + last name + company name in Apollo.

Best case, they'll actually have an email you can use.

Worst case, they'll have their coworker email.

Pull the coworker's email, and do this:
Go to Email Permutator.

This takes the end domain from your prospect's coworker, and take your prospect's first and last name - and come up with email permutations with them.

Most companies use the same few permutation formulas.

Prospect list building is EASY:

• Get company domains
• Enrich them in Apollo
• Validate emails
• Use Scrubby

... but what about when you don't have the company domains?

Here's a simple fix for when you only have the company names of your prospects:

1. Install ClearBits Free API Script.

There's some light coding involved here. But most of it is just copy and pasting.

2. Use the following formula on Google Sheets: "=clearbit_getDomain()"

ChatGPT is NOT taking copywriter's jobs.

A lot of the sales copy I see from it is entry-level at best. And more times than not, it's pure crap.

But, using it to save time generating email replies is a no brainer.

Here's how 👇
1. Generate a prompt template to use.

Give ChatGPT your company domain, the reply you got, and ask it for a CTA.

2. Use it, and continuously tweak as needed.

As AI matures, it'll get better - and we'll get better at using it.

Knowing what to feed it will get you responses that are better and better.

Record and test prompt variations so you can get the best response possible.

My favorite objection-handling exercise to help you close more deals:
Create a Google Sheet of all the rejections you get.

• It's not the right time
• It's too much money
• We already have someone doing this
• We aren't confident you can deliver results

In columns beside them, think of multiple responses for each.

From there...
Train your sales team - or yourself - on each objection - and how to handle them.

Over time, it'll become easier and easier to get over these objections.

Almost like a plug-and-play type of scenario depending on what the prospect says.
