In fact, most GOP Governors are likely to endorse Ron

They’re held hostage by the swampy entity known as the RGA; a group that quite literally exists to launch establishment Govs to the WH

The RGA gave us Bush, Romney, Walker, Christie, etc.

In fact, the rise of nearly every Republican “star” in recent history can be attributed to the Republican Governors Association their allies

Ron is no exception

The incestuous behavior of the group is typical in swamp politics

When Christie took over the RGA in 2013, he invited disgraced president George W. Bush to attend the group’s annual meeting

Attendees refused to reveal any agenda items & even likened the group to a “family”

The RGA gets it’s cash from exactly where you’d expect, and in many cases, from the same elites that fund the DGA

In order to make his Presidental run all but official, Desantis had to attend the group’s private events where he officially kissed the ring of the RGA and it’s donors, such as Charles Schwab

It’s impossible to overstate just how big of an impact the RGA had on setting the stage for Ron’s 2024 Presidential run

The group POURED money into Desantis’ $150+ million gubernatorial campaign while either underfunding or not funding other candidates all together

The purpose of this was twofold:

1. Make Ron’s margin of victory as wide as possible to create the narrative that He’s an extraordinary candidate that simply outperforms all others

2. Give Ron a massive chunk of change to use against Trump in his imminent presidential run

These Governors aren’t endorsing Desantis of their own free will— they’re doing so as a result of the massive pressure they face from those who control the purse strings
