It allows me to make passive income without showing my face or making videos myself.

Here are 21 lessons to help you do the same:

1. Ask yourself what your audience wants to watch not what video you want to make

2. Blend trending and search-oriented content for optimal results

3. Study your analytics like you’re getting a PHD

4. Understand YouTube is just one big game of trial and error

5. 3x your content production output through batching

6. Ask your subscribers for what you want (likes, subscribers etc.)

7. Spend twice as long on titles and thumbnails as you currently are

8. Extend that time investment even further

9. Link your videos together using end screens

10. Spend money to improve output and quality

11. Recover expenses and generate profits by promoting products and services

12. Keep your thumbnails simple and clickbaity

13. By attempting to please everyone, you end up satisfying no one

14. Celebrate haters as most channels rarely even get comments

15. Create titles and thumbnails before you make your videos

16. Bad video may be forgiven but bad audio is unforgivable

17. Your first 100 videos will be bad and that’s okay as long as the next 100 aren’t

18. Have an upload schedule

19. Your channel won't grow without clickbait

20. Copy the video ideas of your completion and don’t reinvent the wheel

21. Just keep uploading
