A concept I heard Alex Hormozi talk about that I can't stop thinking about...

The Solomon Paradox: Image
I first came across this concept on the @heydannymiranda podcast:

King Solomon was one of the richest (and wisest) kings to ever live.

People would travel across the country to get his advice.

The paradox?
King Solomon's own life was in ruins.

• His son was disobedient
• He cheated on his wife
• He had a lust for money

The Solomon Paradox:

People give better advice than they follow themselves.

Here's how to apply this concept to your own life:

I tried it out myself - and here were the results: Image
It seems pretty simple. But it was actually really helpful.

Try it out.

And don't forget to watch Danny's podcast while you're at it:

The 10 most powerful resources I came across this past Summer (all free):
"There are decades where nothing happens, and there are weeks where decades happen.”

I’ve learned more in the past 8 weeks than I have in 8 months of high school.

Here’re the 10 most powerful resources I’ve come across this past Summer:
#1: Alex Hormozi on the Danny Miranda podcast

Danny's ability to pull out the best in people is second to none.

I've listened to A TON of Hormozi podcasts, but this was the best by far.

I built a 5-figure digital product business while in high school.

It costs me $69/month to run it.

Here're the 7 no-code tools that drive my business:
Newsletter: @beehiiv

My newsletter is the hub of my business.

Everything I do revolves around the weekly deep dive I send.

From there, I 'multiply' my deep dive into the rest of my content.

I've grown my Twitter account by 16,841 followers in the past 4 months.

How?

Gimme 2 minutes and I'll reveal the simple "Twitter Engine" behind my growth:

🧵
But first, some context:

5 months ago, I used to spend HOURS creating content.

That left little time to work on the business side of things.

So here's my simple 7-step system for creating better content, faster:
Step 1: Set aside time for input

The writing gurus may try to convince you to "create more than you consume".

But the truth is...

The best writers consume more than they create.

I dedicate at least 30min every week to "hunt" for useful ideas.

Then? Image

2 years ago I sucked at storywriting.

Now I write to an audience of over 50,000 people.

Here're 10 storywriting mistakes I wish I avoided earlier:
❌ Starting too slow

Unlike English class, nobody is required to read your writing.

As a storyteller, it’s your job to hook readers in with your first sentence.

And the best way?

Surprise them. Image
❌ Not raising the stakes

Without stakes, your story falls flat.

Every great story answers the question: “If this doesn’t happen, what’s the consequence?”

Why should the reader care? Image

Last week, I was asked how I grew so quickly online.

My secret?

I studied copywriting.

Here’s how you can grow your audience with copywriting:
DISCLAIMER: This is NOT the only way to study copywriting.

This is simply the way I did it.

Cool? Let’s begin…
First, start with the fundamentals.

Read up on the greats.

Start with these:

• Cashvertising
• The Boron Letters
• The Ultimate Sales Letter

And don’t worry, you can usually find these for free online.
