On June 20, MB Patil met officials of American battery giant, 'International battery company'. The company has agreed to invest 8,000 Cr to set up a Lithium cell gigafactory at Karnataka.
He has promised to offer a 100 acre land to the company at ITIR, outskirts of Bengaluru
