2. Maximize air quality in indoor spaces you spend prolonged time in, meaning increasing circulation of the air and also ensuring relative humidity of 40-60% (including while sleeping).
3. Wear a high-quality respirator (e.g., N95) in indoor public spaces that ...

you may need to be present in for long periods of time.
4. Make sure you have a stock of tests that you can use before gathering, especially if the gathering is large and includes vulnerable people.
5. Don't attend gatherings if you feel unwell, even if your test is negative.

6. Discuss options for antiviral therapies (e.g., Paxlovid) with your primary care team or specialists.

COVID is not the threat it was pre-vaccine, but it's still here and can still occasionally cause serious harm, including long COVID. Avoiding infection is ideal.
