3 exercises to build a strong V-taper

Why Develop The V-Taper? ⏳

Here’s why: Image
All over social media you will see fitness influencers promoting waist trainers and exercises for a snatched waist.

Don’t fall for this!

Developing a V-taper is the only way to give the illusion of a smaller waist and build a desirable physique.
The V-taper is what separates an average body from an impressive one.

The elusive V-Taper, the perfect melding of broad shoulders, small waist and flaring lat muscles, a look synonymous with symmetry and proportion.

Bottom line: a blocky waist with narrow shoulders and… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…

While these exercises may look easy they can do more harm than good if you use too much weight.

There are extroverts, introverts & lone wolves.

What’s a lone wolf?

They are the most successful personality trait of the three.

Here are their qualities & the advantages they have over others:
Lone wolves & introverts have many overlapping characteristics.

But they differ in a few key traits.

Introverts are introverted because they’re shy.

Lone wolves are not.
Introverts have been forced into this category by their fear of social interaction.

Although lone wolves might prefer to be alone, they’re not shy.

They’ve actively chosen to be this way, due to its advantages.

Here are the 7 traits of being a lone wolf:

Nearly 70% of divorces are initiated by women.

That’s because men marry out of emotion instead of logic.

Here are 11 red & green flags in women so you can make a rational decision about who you marry:
Red flag 1)

Poor taste in friends. Her friends are a reflection of herself.

Green flag 1)

No male friends. She’s smart enough to know that male “friends” only want to sleep with her.
Red flag 2) She ghosts you when she’s upset. This demonstrates child-like communication skills.

Green flag 2) She can admit she’s wrong. Admitting you’re wrong takes humility & a willingness to check your ego.

Most high performers aren’t genetically gifted, they adopt a winner's mindset.

Here are 16 lessons successful people have taught me over the years:
1. Being hated is better than being invisible. If nobody knows who you are, that’s a problem.

2. The most successful people, on average, are married. Your desire to provide for your family transcends your desire to be lazy & useless.
3. Success isn’t a linear journey, it’s an exponential one. Most people quit because they can’t see the progress they’re making until much later.

4. The biggest expense in your business is the information you don’t have.

Men fall in love with what they see, women fall in love with what they hear.

But that doesn’t mean your looks don’t matter.

Here are 5 ways men can effortlessly become more attractive to women:
I’ve seen so many men who have the potential to be incredibly attractive.

But fall short because of one or two easily fixable problems with their appearance.

Hopefully, some of the men reading this will implement these tips in their daily lives.
1) Clothes

You can effortlessly become more attractive by wearing the right clothes:

• Boxer brief underwear
• Denim jeans & a white t-shirt
• Linen shirt (with sleeves rolled up)

Ditch the sweatpants. You’re a grown man.

We’ve all heard the saying: “Behind every successful man is a woman.”

Why did this saying come about?

Here are 4 methods how women help men become successful:
There’s a lot of bad relationship advice floating around the internet.

Mostly from single people who’ve never been married.

As a married woman in a functional relationship, here are my two cents 👇
1) Time

Men need time to build their empire.

Women must be willing to help out financially while temporarily sacrificing their lifestyle.

Women can also lift some of the burden by doing housework, chores & other tasks to free up time.

Many religions, cultures, & societies prohibit premarital sex.

But why?

Give me 1 minute to explain the downsides of sex outside of marriage: Image
Whether you’re religious or not, there are some clear positives to saving yourself for marriage.

I married the second man I ever dated.

Some people would argue I tied the knot too early.

I’d argue I avoided lifelong emotional trauma.
Sex clouds your judgment.

People easily confuse love & sex.

You’re enjoying time with their body, not with them.

If you enjoy each other's time together without sex, that is the litmus test for a successful relationship.
