Elon and Linda please help bring justice to countless victims globally who’ve had their rape, child abuse & sex trafficking distributed and heavily monetized by P*rnhub.

Not only has PH exploited the trafficking of children and adults on their own site, they have advertised and linked to confirmed sex trafficking victims **on Twitter** in severe violation of this platform’s TOS.
To give a better idea of what kind of site PH is, here are just a FEW examples of victims who have been criminally exploited for profit on P*rnhub.

*A 12 yr old boy in Alabama was drugged and raped in 23 videos being sold on PH. He and his mother are suing PH in federal court.
*A 15 yr old girl from Florida was missing for a year and was found being raped for profit in 58 videos on PH.
*Serena, a 14 yr old girl from California became suicidal, drug addicted and eventually homeless after her abuse was distributed to millions on PH over and over again.
*Nicole Addimando was repeatedly sexually tortured and her assaults uploaded and monetized on PH. She killed the man who abused her and is now in prison in New York.
*A 12 year old abused on Pornhub is suing them for 600 million in Montreal.
*Another woman is suing PH in California for profiting from her nonconsensual videos.
*A 22 yr old victim is suing PH who was drugged, assaulted and filmed. She is suing PH.
*16 year old from Alabama was drugged and raped on PH and is now suing.
*Another 14 yr old minor abused on PH who is suing in federal court.
*This underage teen was secretly filmed and uploaded to PH. She is suing them in California.
*Starting at age 7 she was raped and trafficked and her abuse monetized on PH. She is suing PH in federal court.
*Christine is suing PH for 500 million dollars in Canada for monetizing her abuse.
*Another 16 yr old from California was criminally exploited for profit on PH.
*The London Sunday Times confirmed children on PH who were as young as three years old.
*The leader of the popular PH partner channel called GirlsDoPorn was on FBI’s 10 Most Wanted List and finally arrested in 2022. All co-conspirators are already sentenced. PH profited from the abuse after they knew it was trafficking & even advertised these victims on Twitter.
*Two underage teens are leading a class action lawsuit in Alabama against PH.
*A 14 year old from CA was raped on PH and the video was found by a classmate. Her abuser Dawn Giannini was sentenced to prison.
*9 women are suing PH in South Carolina for monetizing secretly recorded nude videos of them.
There are countless other victims around the globe. 194 victims have sued across the US and Canada and more to come.

Beginning at age 7 Jane* was raped, trafficked, and exploited. The abuse was recorded, monetized and distributed on P*rnhub to millions of daily users. The first recording was made in a garage in Maryland when Jane was 10 years old.

Jane sued P*rnhub in 2021.

Jane is aware of at least seven sexual abuse videos of her that have been distributed & monetized on PH. The 7 videos were uploaded multiple times. In some instances, Jane’s traffickers forced her to actually upload and reupload old videos of herself as a form of punishment.
She did takedown requests, but she was not successful in having them all removed. Due to the abuse Jane developed an eating disorder & then a substance abuse problem that forced her to leave school. She continues to receive medical treatment for the trauma.

A 12 yr old boy was drugged, overpowered & repeatedly raped by Rocky Franklin in Alabama. The rapes were filmed.

23 of the rape videos were uploaded to P*rnhub & sold as pay-to-download content. PH took 35% of all sales.

Franklin is in prison.

The boy is now suing P*rnhub.
Police sent takedown demands but P*rnhub ignored the police until the 3rd demand. Some assault videos stayed on the site for 7 months, available to download for 130 million site visitors per day. Franklin was sentenced to 40 years in prison. These are some of the PH video titles:
