Now I can confirm there are occurring unidentified anomalous phenomena attacks in northeast of Brazil. I have been monitoring it since June and initially thought it was a hoax. Since then I have established contact with multiple journalists/researchers/victims. 
By now I will not disclose the exact location to not attract curious people that could affect the investigations and harass local people. The pattern is the same of previous cases: small villages, near bodies of water.
The locals describe it as fireballs that chase motorcyclists on the roads and even appear near the houses of these villages. These luminous orbs descends near the ground and shot light beams against people (photo below is not real just illustrative).
I'm also monitoring and starting to gather more information about cases involving light beings attacks in Peru.
