The reality of fat loss is actually so simple:

You just need to get through one day of eating less (often).

Once you do that; hunger levels go down (insulin + cortisol + ghrelin) as your body begins tapping into its own body fat for fuel;

Now it’s a momentum game.

People drastically over complicate the process of getting lean.

Just tough it out for one day, ignore cravings, temptation, etc…

Then it becomes child’s play.
The next big wave of motivation after hormonal distributions have been fixed is physical progress;

Seeing your body get leaner reinforces your psyche like nothing else to continue losing body fat.

Tangible physical progress is the one of the greatest motivators in existence.
Start now, exercise discipline, and reap the benefits of momentum.

It’s as simple as that;

The dark reality is 99% of people can’t get through the first 24 hours without messing up their fasting + food intake…
