NEW: On Thursday, a federal judge ordered compassionate release of 3 members of the so-called Newburgh Four. In a 28-page ruling, Judge McMahon blasts FBI for its "made for TV movie" to entrap the men using a criminal informant.
Another Robert Mueller specialty...
So much of this reeks of Whitmer fednapping hoax.
Used shady informant (several in Whitmer) to entrap men, promised them money, offered friendship/father figure, handle FBI-produced explosives then drove them to arrest site (SAME AS WHITMER) all to promote "terrorism" threat:
What is truly sickening is the longtime FBI informant in this case (and others) owned a limo company responsible for a horrific crash that killed 20 people.
"The FBI enabled Shahed Hussain to feel that he could get away with anything."
I know you’ll be SHOCKED to learn none of these headlines are true. (Just a handful of dozens of false headlines)
Smith’s allegation is laughably weak—hearsay at best—with a brief paragraph of an alleged exchange btw 2 Trump employees. Trump’s name isn’t specifically mentioned…
For those with apparent reading disabilities (my lovely bot followers) I’ve gone to great lengths to highlight the incriminating evidence buried in Jack Smith’s new indictment.
This is the so-called “conspiracy” to delete video.
So what happened to the security tapes? Well…
In response to yet another subpoena (out of DC not FLA), Trump turned over security footage from Jan 2022-June 2022—an archive equally 3 years of footage. This is from court hearing last week:
A few thoughts on the superseding indictment--adding another defendant and charges--in Trump's "classified documents" case.
"Suggesting" sure is doing a lot of heavy lifting here...
Even better - the "suggesting that his attorney hide or destroy documents" apparently relates to his lawyer (Evan Corcoran) own notes about a "plucking motion" according to Jack Smith😂 https://t.co/lMQjThIRBItwitter.com/i/web/status/1…
And this is just so f*cking pathetic that I will post without further comment
BREAKING VIDEO: For 2 1/2 years, Capitol Police officer Aquilino Gonell has lied about injuries he sustained on Jan 6.
He has testified under oath and in federal court proceedings that he suffered near-death injuries.
New J6 video contradicts Gonell's claims that protesters… https://t.co/UvQvhES1h5twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
Here is Gonell, who appears to have suffered no physical injuries on Jan 6, tearfully telling CNN about his woes.
Part of Gonell's sworn testimony to J6 committee in July 2021. "This is how I'm going to die."
Gonell also lied about trying to save Rosanne Boyland.
There is no video of him attempting to resuscitate her at any point. Further, video of Rosanne's lifeless body at 4:27 does not… https://t.co/qNOJKvqnPgtwitter.com/i/web/status/1…
DOJ has 1,545 pages of classified material incl files from NARA, the May subpoena production, and Mar-a-Lago raid. Trump's lawyers can see about 80%, DOJ said, under interim security clearances. (Full clearance will take 2 months)
Here's how DOJ wants judge to treat Trump:
This is interesting from Trump's lawyers.
Classified papers in boxes at Mar-a-Lago while he was still president?
Smith is going to have to prove that any record in the indictment was indeed taken to MAL after he left office and contained in boxes shipped to MAL after Jan 2021 https://t.co/lgwOTI7Togtwitter.com/i/web/status/1…
NEW: Trump's lawyers filed first major motion last night, ask court to delay setting a trial date for numerous reasons. Judge Cannon set August date; Jack Smith sought delay until Dec 2023.
Team Trump:
Trump cites unprecedented nature of case as one reason to delay trial: extensive discovery incl alleged "classified docs" which have yet to be produced to defense. (DOJ/Smith pulling every trick to keep docs concealed incl opposition to special master)
Statute on right:
Lots of claims Trump wants trial delayed bc he's running for president (that's one reason of many)
Biggest issue is amount of evidence that Smith's office is just starting to produce.
Smith also requiring Trump's lawyers to get security clearances, which could take 2 months
