🚨 The 2 funnels you NEED to know as you scale your agency, and coaching/consulting business to multiple five figures a month

But they need to be setup correctly...

<< Thread 🧵 >>
Learn these 2 funnels and you won't need to learn another for a long time:

- Video Sales Letter funnel
- Webinar funnel

Keep reading and I'll break down the flow and necessary pages 👇
* VSL Funnel *

A VSL stands for Video Sales Letter

For a lot of us, Sam Ovens introduced us to VSL's in his Consulting Accelerator course

A VSL funnel follows this structure...
* VSL Funnel *

- Landing page
- VSL page
- Booking page
- Thank you page (optional)

You "could" combine the booking page and VSL page.

But keeping them separate is easier for tracking conversions at each step Image
* VSL Funnel *

Make a big promise on your opt-in page

Why should someone care about your free training, resource, or walkthrough Image
* VSL Funnel *

Deliver on that promise.

Your VSL could be 5 minutes, it could be 30 minutes

However long it takes to deliver on the initial promise Image
* VSL Funnel *

Invite them to a book a call

Again, this is split into a separate step so it's easier to spot the conversion between someone watching the video, and showing intent to book a call Image
* Webinar Funnel *

A webinar funnel invites someone to join either your pre-recorded funnel, or live webinar

I analyzed the top-performing webinar funnels I know of.

At its core, you only 2 need steps... 👇
* Webinar Funnel *

- Opt-in page
- Thank you page

Opt-in page is a lot like a VSL's opt-in page.

You make a big promise.

Why should someone spend 30-60 minutes listening to you

WHAT do they get out of it Image
* Webinar Funnel *

There's a bit more focus on the person behind the brand.

And it helps to explicitly describe what will be covered in the webinar
* Webinar Funnel *

The "Thank you" confirms their registration.

Email marketing does a lot of heavy lifting for webinar funnels.

You want them to check their email.

Also, they've just taken a positive action. It's an opportunity to ask for another

- Follow you
- Join a group
* Webinar Funnel *

Quote note: If you're running paid ads.

You could add low-ticket up-sell and down-sell pages to "liquidate" the cost of ads

Up-sell and down-sell pages are a topic for another day.
* Summary *

If you're an agency, or coach/consultant,, the 2 funnels that'll do most of the work for you are:

- VSL funnel
- Webinar funnel

If you want help setting up either a VSL or webinar, and make sure its setup properly...

Saves you time

You're spending hours every week on small and big tasks that don't need to be done specifically by you

They don't require your face, your voice, knowledge only you have

Spend that time on things you enjoy, and higher leverage tasks
Gets your focus back

You're actually making yourself less happy, less fulfilled, and less productive by allowing your focus to be divided

Cal Newports' book "Deep Work" proposed the more time you can spend on deep focused work, getting into flow, the more fulfilled you feel
