1/n I think it is the law of physics which makes it impossible for me to be able to have a meal at a restaurant without visiting it. So what about quoting a number without enrolling for it ? Let’s take it further- can I “obtain” an Aadhaar # w/out enrolling for it first?
2/n Why then does 139AA have the word “obtain” [nice, handy word], instead of “enrol”? Do we obtain an A.# before or w/out enrolling for it? So, how did those who framed the Amendment come up with an impossible proposition, 
3/n suggesting that mere “eligibility” can result in our magically having “obtained” what we are eligible for? They stayed miles away from saying “Every person who is eligible to ENROL for an Aadhaar number shall, ..” cos the word “enrol” is a hot potato, right?
4/n Surprisingly, I haven’t heard the words “compensation for stress caused ” -not yet, at least.. Fix the glitch [if any] in the online form to include N.A., cos those who haven't enroled can't quote what they do not have & are not legally bound to have.
