We looked thru the recent history of Judge Tanya Chutkan, who presides over Trump's DC criminal case.

Our findings? She's treating Trump worse than other defendants - including a meth dealer.

Let me show you how...
This past week, Judge Chutkan gave Trump’s team one business day to respond to Special Counsel’s protective order (PO).

The Court's local rules allow for 14 days to respond.

Trump's team asked for more time, citing due process concerns.

She denied their requested extension Image
Judge Chutkan also set a hearing on the PO for Aug 11 -

Just one week after the PO was submitted, in a case involving millions of pages of documents and hundreds of witnesses.

She denied Trump's request for a hearing date where both his lawyers could be president.

This unfairly quick timeline is inconsistent with how Judge Chutkan has treated other defendants.

In the Maria Butina case, Chutkan gave Butina 1 week to respond to a PO and set the hearing a month out. Image
In the case of a DC meth dealer, Judge Chutkan gave a 1-week deadline to respond to the PO.

She also set the hearing 2 weeks out after it was submitted. Image
And for a J6 defendant -

Judge Chutkan gave a 1-week response deadline and set the PO hearing a month out. Image
Important to note that none of those cases involved the issue looming over the Trump case -

A court's limitations on a presidential candidate's ability to defend himself publicly. twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
Such issues should be briefed thoroughly - Judge Chutkan denied Trump that right, contrary to her history.

You want evidence of bias? There it is.

Just how preferential is the Hunter Biden plea deal?

The two prosecutors on Hunter’s case – Leo Wise and Derek Hines – demanded 12 months in a less egregious tax case back in 2018.

They now recommend Hunter get probation.

An illuminating thread...
Wise and Hines are have been called prosecutorial "terminators"

They are described as hardliners who “pursue stern sentences and prosecute even small-time crooks.”

Their reputation comes from bringing some of the biggest public corruption cases in Maryland history Image
Wise helped bring the biggest racketeering case in Maryland history in 2016.

Wise and Hines would later prosecute corrupt Baltimore cops who robbed drug dealers and ran interference for a million-dollar heroin ring. Image

Supreme Court:

Race-based college admissions must "be invalidated under the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment."

Universities "may never use race as a stereotype or negative"
Chief Justice Roberts addresses the dissent:

The Judiciary would pick "winners and losers based on the color of their skin."

They would uphold "separate but equal" as not inherently unequal.
Harsher words from Justice Roberts, addressing the dissent's support for race-based winners and losers:

"Lost in the false premise of judicial humility that the dissent espouses is a claim to power so radical, so destructive, that it required a Second Founding to undo."

The IRS whistleblower's deposition has been released.

Details on the sabotage of the Hunter Biden investigation -

The DOJ shut down questions on an e-mail to Hunter: "Ten held by H for the big guy"

DOJ demands not to ask about the "big guy"
A search request of Biden's guest house was denied - though it likely contained evidence.

An AUSA also rejected a search warrant affidavit of Hunter's storage unit - and then tipped off Hunter's lawyer.

There was support for charging Hunter with tax-related crimes from 2014 - 2019.

Venue was DC.

The Biden-appointed US attorney in DC did not support the charges.

The @Dodgers have a Groomer problem.

For years, children – toddlers, even – witnessed public sex acts, nudity, urination, and the most extreme of fetishes at SF’s Folsom Street Fair.

And it was because the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence let them in. Image
Folsom Street Fair is long notorious for allowing public sex acts, urination, and more extreme displays of bondage and fetishes.

The event welcomed and invited children to attend, despite the adult content allowed by organizers:

We have the Durham Report - a running thread:

The Clinton campaign plan to link Trump-Russia - known to the CIA - was briefed to President Obama, VP Biden, AG Lynch, and FBI Director Comey
The FBI and DOJ restricted two investigations into Hillary Clinton during the 2016 election:

1) The Clinton Foundation investigation

2) Illegal foreign contributions to the Clinton Campaign

"No investigative activities occurred for months"
Crossfire Hurricane was opened as a "full investigation" -

Yet days after it was opened, Peter Strzok was essentially telling a London FBI employee that "there's nothing to this" twitter.com/i/web/status/1…

We have internal CDC reports on vaccine "misinformation" -

The agency conducted a "social listening" program that focused on "Anti-Vax" keywords like "Medical freedom" and "personal choice"

And it flagged offending social media users.

technofog.substack.com/p/the-cdcs-vac…
The CDC report on TikTok "Misinformation Trends" included:

A TikTok user who "promoted COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy by saying there's now way to know who is spreading COVID-19, vaccinated or unvaccinated."

The CDC knew that information was true.
Around that same time, the CDC "misinformation trends" kept tabs on accurate statements about Omicron.

This user's "misinformation"?

Diminishing "the threat of the omicron variant" and criticizing the Democrats.

That account was suspended...
