This temple dedicated to Lord Shiv is on top of Chauragarh hill and devotees have to climb nearly 1300 steps to reach the temple at the crest. Devotees offer Trishul in this temple.

Pachmarhi is known as Satpura ki Rani (Queen of Satpura) because this place is not only a part of the Satpura Biosphere Reserve, but also home to the Satpura National Park and Tiger Reserve, and Dhupgarh, the state’s highest point.
Dhoopgarh is the highest point in the Mahadeo Hills (Satpura Range), Madhya Pradesh.
Recently, MP CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced that a ropeway will be built from Pachmarhi in Narmadapuram up to Chauragarh, the main pilgrimage site of Satpura.

Meerut Police said that this case has nothing to with skull cap but about video recording. Boy came to college to pay his sister's fees, was found recording videos from mobile phone. When some students asked him to stop recording, he got in an altercation & later, they started fighting. Police registered the case.
