1. There are four elements to the offence of kidnap; i. taking of one person by another, ii, by force/fraud, iii. without consent and iv. without lawful excuse. @SuellaBraverman

The actions of @WestYorksPolice fit this criteria. What they did was not a mistake, not overzealous… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
2. If any other group had done this, there would be no question about it being a criminal abduction. The police are the public and do not get a free pass. Ignorance as to law is never a defence.
3. That the police so swiftly dropped all criminal investigations into the girl is testament to the obviousness of the facts. There was not even a whiff of a criminal offence.

Note use of the word ‘solidarity’.

Solidarity definition: 1. agreement between and support for the members of a group, especially a political group:
We are at liberty to liken your flag @DC_Police with other flags that represent identity politics. If it causes you anxiety…. Tough. Image
Solidarity between the police and any political cause is too close to fascism for our liking. Solidarity with a cause that abuses the human body to achieve a gender ideal is fascism wrapped in a pretty flag.

1. THREAT OF PROSECUTION! The Chief Constable of @HantsPolice has written to us stating that if we post this flag, and it causes anyone anxiety, we will have committed an offence contrary to Communications Act S127 part 2.

We post today in defiance. Arrest us. Charge us. Or… twitter.com/i/web/status/1… Image
2. Last year, @HarryTheOwl101 was arrested for obstructing the police from arresting a man who posted this image. Last month, the police finally acknowledged that the arrests were unlawful… but only on a technicality of wording. They maintain that posting this flag is a criminal… twitter.com/i/web/status/1… Image
3. Oddly, they have no problem with the anxiety caused when their officers pose with the unadulterated version of this political flag. Our anxiety is brushed off as fabricated and mischievous. Oh, the irony. Image

It is a year since we reported PC Lynsay Watson of @leicspolice for stalking and harassment. The officer remains on duty (despite being served a Gross Misconduct Notice) and despite being on police bail, awaiting @CPSUK decision to prosecute.
PC Watson, a trans identifying male, posted over 860 messages from various sock accounts over a 10 month period. These were directed at @HarryTheOwl101, and included threats of violence. Watson posted thousands more targeting GC women.
Leicestershire sent the file to @LincsPolice in June. It wasn’t until late November that they took any action. The officer was arrested, bailed…. And returned to duty the following day. Watson does not deny the allegations.
