The build:
Shiv>Black Cleaver>Duskblade>GA or Hourglass
- Shiv gives waveclear without needing to press Q which allows you to push and poke with q on repeat
- Cleaver is a great statstick that gives a ton of AH which you want to spam Q (Actually think Shojin could work here too)

With Q and W it's easy to get 6 stacks of cleaver on enemies which makes you very supportive in fights
- Duskblade is the best lethality item right now and provides a ton of poke damage
- He always goes stopwatch into GA or Hourglass, I guess he wants to be safe

Runes from OTP:
- Aery poke spam style ( he never runs manaflow???????)
Viper did run manaflow in his game and I think you would need it

The build is the quintessential autofill ADC build. You can't lose tower, very safe, easy poke, utility items. This is not a good carry build imo and having spoken to 1 pro who tried it, he said that you are just a passenger.
Viper's attempt didn't go so well but considering he's trying it amongst others it's definitely causing a buzz in the KR scene right now.
Conclusion:
- Weird build and good if you are autofilled because you will not carry or AA
- Supporting your team with a very easy to play build
- Awful if you need to carry, could be good vs champs susceptible to poke like xayah or aphelios though / want to cheat win lane w/aery
