SitRep - 13/08/23 - Major Tomov is POW

An overview of the daily events in the war between Russia and Ukraine. Russians have left Urozhaine, this has been visually confirmed. We are now waiting for the official confirmation from the Ukrainian Armed Forces

As usual we start with Russian losses per 13/08/23 reported by the Ukrainian general staff

A Russian MT-12 destroyed in Verkhn'okam'yanka, Luhansk Oblast.
ASGARD unit released footage of several destroyed Russian tanks.
In a suburb of Moscow, a fertilizer warehouse burned down.
Local resistance in Mariupol is very active lately. A Russian base today was reportedly set on fire.
Melitopol was subject to explosions today.
Destroyed Russian infantry and a tank, somewhere at the front
The famous Major Tomov who got captured in Kozachi Laheri was interrogated.
Let's continue with the general events. Rheinmetall will supply Ukraine with very advanced drones to Ukraine by the end of 2023.
Defense Minister Reznikov said that for each m², 5 mines need to be excavated.
To the front, Velyka Novosilka

➡️Urozhaine is left by Russians, visually confirmed.
➡️Russians were destroyed south of Urozhaine with cluster munitions. Several Russian armored vehicles were also destroyed
➡️We are still waiting for confirmation from the Ukrainian General Staff Image

➡️AFU advances near Klishchiivka have somewhat halted. Russians have pulled up reserves. Russian VDV and LNR motorized brigade elements have been relocated to Klishchiivka
➡️Russia is actively trying to counterattack. The settlement is contested. Image
A Russian BMP destroyed on the northern outskirts of Klishchiivka.
A Russian counter attack in the southern part of Klishchiivka filmed. Coming from the railway track area, a Russian tank and 2 BMP-3's deliver a group of infantry that takes the fight into the settlement.
In line with reports from Ukrainian soldiers, lots of Russian tanks are being destroyed. This particular tank is destroyed at the starting point of the previous footage where another counter attack started.
