My websites earn over $2,000,000 per year combined.

Every time I build one, I follow the same system.

Now I want you to have it.

8 ingredients for 8-figure websites:
1. Quality Content

High-quality social media content attracts attention.

High-quality blog content turns attention into clients.

Both build trust that you can monetize long-term.
2. Pillar Content

20% of my pages generate 80% of my revenue.

These are pillar pages that get the most traffic.

Use them to solve your audience’s biggest problems.
3. Traffic

Most of my agency clients come from SEO.

Most of my personal brand business comes from social.

Both are great channels for generating leads.
4. Trust

If you sell a useful offer, you need people to trust you.

High-quality educational content is one way to do that.

Another is using social proof like case studies.
5. Email Capture

Some people will buy from you right on your site.

Others will need some email marketing to convert.

Set up email capture and maybe offer a lead magnet.
6. Email Marketing

Start new subs off with an automated email series.

Then, keep sending valuable newsletters periodically.

The more touches you get, the more business you’ll generate.
7. Irresistible Offer

Good marketing is only half the game, though.

The other half is your offer.

It should be appealing (so people buy) and effective (so they keep buying it).
8. Persistence

None of this happens overnight.

It took me years to figure this game out.

If you want to win big, you need to stick with it long after your initial excitement runs out.

How to go from $0 to $100k/yr as a freelance writer (in 8 simple steps):
1. Choose A Niche

“I’ll write for anyone” sounds like it would get you more gigs, but it actually gets you less.

Choose a specific niche, like health and wellness. That’ll build your skills faster and make you more appealing to brands in that niche.
2. Write Samples

As a rookie writer, people are gonna want to see what you can do.

So, write a few hypothetical jobs. Do a sales email, a website, a few product descriptions, and other gigs that are relevant to your niche.

If you feel like you’re in a rut, read this:
Last week was a tough week.

Nothing bad happened.

My clients and businesses are fine.

But my mental game was way off.

Luckily, I have a system for getting back on track.

Here it is (so you can do the same)…
1. Do What’s In Front Of You

Being in a rut often comes from overthinking and focusing on things outside your control.

Overcome those by doing the work that’s right in front of you. Anxiety melts away when you take action.

My businesses earn over $200,000 per month combined.

The key to making that happen has been content creation.

Here’s how we’ve done it (so you can do the same):
1. Choosing Channels

Your options are social media platforms and search engines.

To choose one or more, ask yourself where your ideal audience is.

For my drug rehab marketing agency, that's searching Google.

For my personal brand, it’s mostly Twitter and LinkedIn.
2. Focusing On Quality

Getting as many views as possible isn’t the goal.

That’s because engagement and impressions don’t pay the bills.

Instead, focus on attracting people who will want to buy your offers.

One of those is worth 100 low-quality followers.

You can make big money without having a big following.

I’m talking $20,000+ per month with less than 5,000 followers.

Here’s my step-by-step guide for making it happen:
1. Settle On An Offer

You need an offer before you do anything else.

That’s what you’re going to sell to your clients.

Your offer might change over time, but build an initial one with an appealing outcome and maybe some enhancements like a results guarantee.
2. Build A Website

This is your home base. It's the default place that traffic comes to.

Create a homepage that sells getting on a call and maybe a few more pages like “about” and “case studies” (if you have no case studies, work for cheap/free until you do).
