More proof that US sees Ukrainians as cannon fodder:
US-UK helped formulate a battle plan that "anticipated" Ukraine taking heavy losses. US-UK officials "envisioned Kyiv accepting the casualties as the cost of piercing through Russia’s main defensive line."
Instead, after suffering "major casualties... Ukraine chose to stem the losses on the battlefield."
US-UK "vision" requires Ukrainians to sacrifice themselves.
NYT: "American officials say they fear that Ukraine has become casualty averse, one reason it has been cautious about pressing ahead with the counteroffensive."
Ukrainians fear heavy casualties; US proxy warriors fear Ukrainians fearing heavy casualties.

"Fearless and adversarial" @TheIntercept is now complaining that Facebook is not enforcing its "pledge to combat foreign influence campaigns," because it hasn't censored French posts that "promote Russia’s line on the war in Ukraine" to Africans.
Can someone call Zuck? 🚨
@theintercept Article is based entirely on "the tech watchdog group Reset."
Intercept oddly omits that "Reset" is funded by its billionaire spook-adjacent funder Pierre Omidyar. This isn't just a conflict of interest, but evidence that this article is part of an influence campaign.
@theintercept When we last heard from Omidyar-funded "Reset", they were informing us (via stenographers at the Associated Press), that Russia was manipulating social media response to the East Palestine train disaster.
It's a rare occasion in an establishment publication where my actual views, not just McCarthyite smears, actually get a hearing. Yet it also resorts to innuendo. Using the passive voice, it calls @TheGrayzoneNews "a far-left website that has acquired a reputation for publishing… https://t.co/x0NNDNcq5ptwitter.com/i/web/status/1…
@TheGrayzoneNews My "reports deny the use of chemical weapons against civilians in Syria."
I do personally reject those CW allegations against Syria. But what do my reports do? They report on a Syria cover-up at the OPCW, based on OPCW leaks -- which you are not allowed to even acknowledge in… https://t.co/nx5IZWfzyGtwitter.com/i/web/status/1…
In this interview, Amy Goodman of @democracynow asked progressive, independent presidential candidate Dr. Cornel West tougher questions than she has of any Democratic Party lawmaker in years:
Here, @democracynow confronts Dr. West over him daring to include a clip of Joe Rogan in his campaign kickoff ad:
.@democracynow cites left-punching rag @newrepublic to question his decision to run with @PeoplesParty_US. Amy invokes sexual harassment claims without offering People's Party chair @nick_brana's response to them. She also chides Brana for praising (former DN guest) RFK Jr.:
The FBI is helping Ukraine censor Twitter users, including journalists.
The FBI aided a Ukrainian intelligence effort to ban Twitter users and collect their data. Twitter declined to censor journalists targeted by Ukraine, including Aaron Maté.
In March 2022, an FBI Special Agent sent Twitter a list of accounts on behalf of the SBU, Ukraine’s main intelligence agency. The accounts, the FBI wrote, “are suspected by the SBU in spreading fear and disinformation.”
In an attached memo, Ukraine's SBU provided a list of accounts that it alleged have been "used to disseminate disinformation and fake news to inaccurately reflect events in Ukraine."
It then asked Twitter "to block these Twitter accounts and provide us with" their "user data."
