People on X have concerns. Legitimate concerns, about ‘disinfo’ as a front for censorship, about X keeping relationships w/ known & discredited censorship proponents like Kate Starbird & Renee DiResta, & w/ Twitter recruiting CIA operatives for censorship of domestic speech.

Try to imagine having lived through multiple years where you & 90% of your friends & family were systemically censored, banned, & lost platforms it took years & even decades to build up.

Where is your empathy for that? Do you have it?

When people lost their Facebooks, wrongly labeled "misinfo spreaders" in 2020, they lost their baby photos. Wedding photos. Their friends & family.

When they lost their YouTube, they lost their videos & their voice.

They lost their LinkedIns, couldn't promote their businesses.

Millions - tens of millions of Americans - felt isolated & scattered to the wind in 2021. They joined service-sliced platforms like Parler, Gab & Truth bc they were banned from polite society.

When your boss, Elon Musk, bought Twitter, it represented a sudden infusion of hope.

That you would choose to respond to these concerns by ignoring them & just calling me “Mr. Whiny Person” is, frankly, one of the stupidest things you could do here.

We wanted an explanation. You’ve now made it a significant situation. You've validated what were only bad fears.
