THE PEOPLE JESSI SMILES HURT 🧵
NOTE: This won't be going over the thing that have happened to Gabbie Hanna, though certain clips may be mentioned has they show a patterned behavior. Despite this, Gabbie Hanna IS a one of the people Jessi Smiles has hurt greatly.
HER HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER: In 2016, Jessi Smiles would upload a story time titled "I WAS SUSPENDED FROM HIGH-SCHOOL". In this she would go on to name one of the administrators and state that she wanted people to tell him to "suck a dry dick" if they say him. 
This would culminate in Jessi's video making it back to the teacher, and he would leave a comment. Jessi Smiles' fans would viciously attack this man, and all because he was just doing his job 10-15 years ago.
Jessi would make a follow up video, furthering the public harassment of her old teacher. This truly feels like her abusing her power as revenge for a teacher she hated growing up. She shows that she's knowingly inciting "hundreds of thousands of people" towards him.
JESSI'S EX BOYFRIENDS: Jessi Smiles has a history of abusing her power, influence, and fan base to target and harass her ex-boyfriends. She has openly, knowingly, sent her fans to harass her ex boyfriends.
Louis Giordano would go on to make a video about Jessi's copious amounts of story times on him, and he went on to deleted due to the harassment he faced.
One of the reason Louis was getting attacked under that video was because Jessi Smiles helped Jen Dent create an "expose" on him. She would also tweet it out, leading her fans to know who it was about.
In another video where Jessi confronts another ex named Oscar, he says he wanted to sue her after she made a story time about him, and the level of harassment he faced afterwards as a results of it.
It's an undeniable fact that Jessi Smiles will make story times about people with 0 regard as for how it will affect them. She's affected multiple people simply by not editing something out, because she chooses to be in drama, as mentioned by her ex Louis.
This would later be backed up by Gabbie Hanna.
In a different scenario, Jessi smiles had made a story time about a tinder date she once had, including identifiable details and a tweet which people were able to track down using keywords.
It doesn't matter if you agree that his actions were "cringey" or "weird", Jessi Smiles using her influence and platform to talk about a personal problem with identifiable features is what lead to this man being harassed.
Jessi Smiles would go on to play victim and try to blame her fans, but would never take accountability for the fact that she made a video knowing her fans would be able to identify him.
Jessi would make a statement on the matter which showed the full the full extent of the harassment he would go on to face at the hands of Jessi Smiles' fanbase. Her only apology was to say "I'm sorry that you are apart of the internet in 2016 that genuinely finds joy in that".
"JUDYNOOOO": To tie these two pieces together, lets talk about somebody else Jessi has knowingly left identifiable details about in an effort to use to platform to harass and intimidate them. We'll continue to refer to her as "Judy" to maintain her privacy.
Jessi Smiles would refer to Judy as "the psycho lady" and other derogatory terms as a way to publicly demean Judy's mental health struggles. This goes to show that Jessi did this while KNOWING Judy had mental illnesses she was in the midst of battling, but Jessi would harass her.
Jessi Smiles would admit that her fans harassed Judy, but it was okay because it "wasn't bullying". Even though, this was a known mentally ill woman just trying to live her life. She also tried to justify it by stating that "she owned up to it" even though Judy wasn't famous.
LELE PONS: For those who don't know, Lele Pons is diagnosed with OCD and tourettes syndrome, and has been open about how its been extremely debilitating in her life. Due to her conditions, she IS percieved as "weird" or "quirky! 🤪". This IS ableism.
What is ableism? Ableism is the prejudice and discrimination aimed at disabled people, often with a patronizing desire to “cure” their disability and make them “normal”.
Ableism, either subtly or directly, portrays individuals who are being defined by their disabilities as inherently inferior to nondisabled people. In a story time made about Lele Pons, Jessi Smiles entire basis for making it would be ableism.
FORGIVING AN ACTUAL RAPE APOLOGIST: Jessi Smiles would include DMs somebody had with Curtis, and for some reason Jessi Smiles is asking the public to believe a rapist over Gabbie Hanna. Please let that sink in.
This is especially a problem, namely because Jessi Smiles told the internet that we should forgive Alx James, who knowingly lived and collabed with a rapist both months, and two years after he knew about the rape, because (in Jessi's words) "he owned up to it".
We should be able to look at this from an unbiased lens. Alx James actually admittedly collabed with a rapist. We shouldn't HAVE to forgive him. We're allowed autonomy to realize that what he did was bad, and him continuing to lie about it to cover up that he did that is BAD.
If you're allowed to scrutinize Gabbie for partaking in rape culture, then we get to scrutinize Alx James for being a proper rape apologist. The only reason Jessi forgives him is because she has to for her lies against Gabbie to make sense.
Alx James also gave information to Curtis' DA against Jessi, as confirmed by Gabbie Hanna and Jessi Smiles
That is NOT a "man who knows what he did wrong", and Jessi implying that is morally questionable. She shouldn't expect the internet to forgive him when he lied. We actively caught him IN that lie. That is not okay, and we do not have to forgive him for that.
JOSHUA DAVID EVANS: If you're unaware of the CB situation please watch Swoops documentary. This thread will not be delving too far into it, just enough to cover Joshua's situation. It's also important to note that this was written before Joshua's interview with swoop was posted.
A man by the name of Johnny Silvestri went on to falsely accuse Joshua Evans of gr🛑🛑m!ng him and multiple other fans. All of the allegations were proven false, and they were levied at a time when Joshua was dealing with suicidal ideation.
Jessi Smiles would go on to feature Johnny on her podcast, platforming his false allegations to thousands of her fans. A couple hours after the podcast had aired, Joshua David (the accused) would go on to try to correct Jessi in the information she posted.
Jessi would funnel one of the accusations that Joshua called one of his underage fans PFPs "hot" when there was a lot of context that Johnny intentionally left out to make Joshua look worse. The PFP the fan had was OF Joshua. It was inappropriate, yes, but not predatory.
Joshua would go on to tweet his statement towards Jessi Smiles' podcast against him, and Jessi Smiles would ignore him. This is a massive problem, because the "victim" (in quotes, because they don't believe themselves to be one) didn't want to be included in Jessi's podcast.
Morally, had they believed themselves to be a victim and this DID traumatize them, can you imagine what kind of impact having your story stripped from you and told by somebody else when you might not have been ready could be? And Jessi just ignored it because it was Josh.
On top of this, Joshua was still attempting to process the abuse he faced at the hand of Colleen (most of wich we the public are unaware of), and the level of suicidal ideation, harassment, vitriol, d😥xx!ng and death threats he'd been dealing due to the divorce.
Jessi Smiles platformed a somebody with a false allegation against somebody, and when given the information to retract it, she ignored doing so until a video by a popular creator was posted, exposing that she platformed a false allegation. Why wouldn't they just talk to Josh???
How many times does someone have to ask you to hear them out when you're platforming false allegations against them before you can feign ignorance? At what point does it become malicious?
Jessi would go on to make a statement where she would lie about things we can prove. She states that they were "not aware of discrepancies", but back in July she was literally being BEGGING to listen to the information. It was being palm fed to her and she chose to ignore it.
They state that "we would have never chosen to offer our platform to someone if we didn't wholeheartedly believe he was indeed the victim he made himself out to be." but that's not Jessi nor Lily's place to make a decision. They should have fact checked the evidence.
Swoop is a clear example of what SHOULD have happened with Johnny going on Jessi's podcast: they should have interviewed him, fact checked it, and realized that something wasn't adding up. They would've talked to Joshua, and they would've know. WHY DIDN'T THEY TALK TO JOSHHHH?!?!
You can hate a person ALL you want, but to platform an accusation against them, you HAVE to fact check all the details. You may not be a journalist like Swoop but you are a human being with common sense who should be able to connect the dots the dozens did before Swoops video.
It's clearly not our place to accept the apology Jessi Smiles made towards Joshua Evans, but it's clear he doesn't accept it. "They didn't even mention my name". She never does. Jessi Smiles has made it clear that her aim is drama. She LIKES drama.
Jessi Smiles started by making story times about her ex's causing them to get harassed because "it was just drama" to the point one wanted to sue her. She harassed a mentally ill woman because it was entertainment to her.
She called somebody with Tourette's "weird" and mocked the way their Tourette's affects their movements, She halted a false accusation against Gabbie Hanna because she had a personal spiff with her, she expected the internet to forgive a proper rape apologist just because she did
and she platformed somebodies false accusation because she didn't fact check her sources before posting it to her thousands of subscribers and followers. That's who Jessi Smiles is.
She once said she "never wanted to be a drama channel" but now she is quite literally, a drama channel. She can't keep harassing and using her platform in inappropriate manners like this.
There was also the time Jessi took a 17 year old to prom when she was 21. She states its because "it was the last time she'd be able to go to prom". predatory or not, inappropriate or not, this is an abuse of her platform and influence.

Had Jessi Smiles been a man, or had Jessi Smiles NOT been an influencer, societally, this wouldn't be acceptable behavior. She's shown to misuse and abuse her platform, and she needs to be held accountable.
