The snowball effect of China's housing crisis has begun.

Developers incl. Kaisa, Evergrande, Baoneng, Shimao, and Logan owe Centaline Group, a real estate agency, over 1 billion yuan in commissions.

Unironically, 3 Chinese art students documented the process of them covering the graffiti over two walls in East London's Brick Lane with the CPC's core ideology of socialism: "Prosperity, democracy, civilization, harmony; freedom, equality, justice, the rule of law...🧵
