Respected .@narendramodi Ji, .@AmitShah Ji & .@blsanthosh Ji, we are entering in final phase of Most Crucial #2024Elections ! Center & #Maharashtra State Govt are making every right move... Politically & Through Social Reforms.

Still, I'm concerned on certain parameters.

I don't want to say this, but I don't want #Karnataka results to be repeated in any State incl. Maharashtra.

Why did we lose in Karnataka in spite of all good work?

Main answer is...Lack of Connect with People.

Neither Netas nor Karyakartas were connected to ground.

I don't know about other States, but SAME situation is in Maharashtra right now!

Let me put pointers which I have personally observed.

▪️We don't have enough MOTIVATED foot soldiers to work on ground. It's becoming very difficult to get new people to WORK for the Party.

▪️Pending appointments:

This is putting excess load on existing functionaries which is crushing them.

▪️Lack of proper training in using modern IT tools.

▪️Keeping karyakartas engaged is one thing, but actually karyakartas are getting exhausted in JUST attending meetings.

Excessive meetings aren't allowing Karyakartas to reach on ground to the last voter in queue
▪️Social media on ASSEMBLY LEVEL is almost dead. Karyakartas don't even take efforts to share posts of official handles. Pls
Take a look at @149MumKalwaVS as representative example.

▪️Importance of SM needs to be hammered down
▪️No content writers due to unwillingness to pay Even reasonable renumeration. At the district level, Party Seniors engage some people who can write for FREE ! But for how long? They lose steam in some time & become uninterested.

Very diligent & concerted efforts need to be made especially on SM to increase reach with quality & quick content.

But at the same time, we must make Karyakartas reach every home. Social Media is only for creating Narratives which are to be taken to ground by Karyakartas.

And it's not possible without Funding. So let me come to this Imp point now.

It doesn't reach where it should.
There aren't even a photographer, videographer or a basic graphic designer for EVERY Assembly Segment...

There aren't even Typists in some assembly constituency offices & I've personally,seen some Vidhan Sabha Convenors typing also by themselves.

No War Room in EVERY Assembly Segment!

I think, it's High Time for Party High Command to start AUDIT of FUNDS sent to EVERY STATE!

These are Sad but Actual Ground Realities in Maharashtra atleast.

All the good work done by the Party/Govt remains largely obscure due to VERY POOR or near non-communication. It happened in Karnataka. It's happening in Maharashtra. I don't know in how many more States.

I don't need to teach importance of ACTIVE PARTICIPATION of EVERY Karyakarta to .@AmitShah Ji who himself started his journey as Karyakarta or .@narendramodi Ji who has built force of Karyakartas as संघ प्रचारक or .@blsanthosh Ji who has worked as संगठन मंत्री!

BJP karyakartas will put in everything of theirs when full-fledged campaign starts! I'm sure of that! But I would love to see it starting right now with immediate effect. We have already seen Result of Lethargy in Karnataka. Not any more! We must hit streets immediately.

We must remember that BJP karyakartas are not Extortionists like Uddhav or Sharad Pawar Gang goons. They don't have ऊपर की कमाई like CONgress Piddis. But they have their families to take care of. It's therefore important for the Party to take care of their financials if...

Central & State BJP Govt schemes, they must visit individual housing societies & conduct meetings, they must hold nukkad meetings more frequently & all this...till voting day! It's a mammoth task, but no scope for lethargy. We need Modi Ji back....not for him, but for us!

My question to them will be ’How many of those are “BJP" Karyakartas'?
