The only reason DOJ then Jack Smith conducted classified docs investigation in DC rather than proper venue of FLA was to get favorable rulings by Obama Judge Beryl Howell--which they did.

Not a single defendant lived in DC. Not a single crime alleged to have happened in DC.
Dates of alleged crimes in 1st indictment all come after Trump left Washington.

Which is why, at the last minute, Smith realized he had a jurisdiction problem. So he took all the evidence collected by Dem grand jury in Obama-appointee run DC courthouse and reportedly read summaries of the grand jury proceedings to a FLA grand jury to get the indictment.

Does that sound legit? No. If Smith was properly using the grand jury in DC, why not indict there?
Is it possible a GJ and judge in FLA would have approved a warrant to seize months of security footage from inside the home of a former president to see who moved some f*cking boxes?

Maybe.

Was it a layup in DC courthouse? Absolutely. Image
This is a straight-up lie by Jack Smith. Not a single crime except for another bogus claim of "obstruction" related to testimony to DC grand jury was committed in DC.

And you'll note that 10 days after Judge Cannon busted Smith's use of DC grand jury, he shut it down. Image
Don't take my word for it. Here is Merrick Garland's appointment order.

He clearly differentiates between the two existing investigations. One in DC and one in Florida.

Except nothing was happening in FLA until dirty Jack Smith switched venues right before indictment.
Recall that getting DC chief judge Beryl Howell to take the rare step of piercing atty-client priv between Trump and his lawyer, Evan Corcoran, proved the lynchpin to this otherwise nonexistent case. Again, why DOJ conducted all proceedings in Trump-hating DC.

We'll see, pal. Image

Beryl Howell, former chief judge of DC District court (her term of destruction ended in March), is the tumor of the malignancy that festers in Washington.

She is notorious for sealed orders and sealed hearings.

Transcript of her bullying of Twitter:

Tyrant: Image
Democratic Senate staffer turned Obama appointed federal judge turned chief judge who also aided Robert Mueller witch hunt still butthurt Trump wasn't charged.

Impeach Howell.

Today is Whitmer Fednapping Day.

Appeal on behalf of Barry Croft, convicted during DOJ retrial of case after Croft received a hung jury, filed today. (Adam Fox, his co-defendant, filed his appeal this morning.)

Croft's lawyer minces no words: Image
Similar to Fox's appeal, Croft cites judicial misconduct as key reason for new hearing. Judge Jonker (GWB appointee) refused to allow jury in both trials to see hundreds of texts btw numerous FBI assets.

"Chappel" is lead FBI informant Dan Chappel. "Chambers" is Jayson Chambers, his FBI handler.
FBI offered "free" credit cards to Fox and others as part of the scheme. Despite Fox living in cellar of vacuum repair shop--no toilet or running water--he declined the cards repeatedly.

"Robeson" is Steve Robeson, convicted felon and longtime FBI informant. Image

NEW: On Thursday, a federal judge ordered compassionate release of 3 members of the so-called Newburgh Four. In a 28-page ruling, Judge McMahon blasts FBI for its "made for TV movie" to entrap the men using a criminal informant.

Another Robert Mueller specialty... Image
So much of this reeks of Whitmer fednapping hoax.

Used shady informant (several in Whitmer) to entrap men, promised them money, offered friendship/father figure, handle FBI-produced explosives then drove them to arrest site (SAME AS WHITMER) all to promote "terrorism" threat:

What is truly sickening is the longtime FBI informant in this case (and others) owned a limo company responsible for a horrific crash that killed 20 people.

"The FBI enabled Shahed Hussain to feel that he could get away with anything."

I know you’ll be SHOCKED to learn none of these headlines are true. (Just a handful of dozens of false headlines)

Smith’s allegation is laughably weak—hearsay at best—with a brief paragraph of an alleged exchange btw 2 Trump employees. Trump’s name isn’t specifically mentioned…

For those with apparent reading disabilities (my lovely bot followers) I’ve gone to great lengths to highlight the incriminating evidence buried in Jack Smith’s new indictment.

This is the so-called “conspiracy” to delete video.

So what happened to the security tapes? Well… Image
In response to yet another subpoena (out of DC not FLA), Trump turned over security footage from Jan 2022-June 2022—an archive equally 3 years of footage. This is from court hearing last week:

But the BEST PART of it all… Image

A few thoughts on the superseding indictment--adding another defendant and charges--in Trump's "classified documents" case.

"Suggesting" sure is doing a lot of heavy lifting here... Image
Even better - the "suggesting that his attorney hide or destroy documents" apparently relates to his lawyer (Evan Corcoran) own notes about a "plucking motion" according to Jack Smith😂 https://t.co/lMQjThIRBItwitter.com/i/web/status/1…
Image
And this is just so f*cking pathetic that I will post without further comment
