In another interview, to The Economist
Magazine, Akbar Bugti said:
“What is better than seeing your enemies driven before you and then taking their women to bed?"
1- Background:
In 2001, the Government of Pakistan initiated several mega developing projects in Balochistan, to uplift that neglected province. Those projects included the construction of Mirani & Sabukzai Dams, Makran Coastal Highway & Gwadar Port.
Pakistan was doing this developmental work with the help of Chinese investment. On the other hand, Gen. Musharraf also resettled the exiled Bugtis of Masoori, Kalpar & Raheja sub-tribes in Dera Bugti.
This move of Gen. Musharraf angered Akbar Bugti & as a result Akbar Bugti sided with his old rival’s son (Khair Baksh Marri) “Balach Marri” to fight against the state. Balach was the co-founder of BLA. He was involved in separatist activities since 1999.
2- BLA’s Terrorism:
BLA first tried to sabotage the Gwadar Port Project by killing 4 Chinese engineers in 2004. But their attempts to stop the construction of Gwadar Port were failed.
Later in January 2005, Akbar Bugti ignited violence in Balochistan & increased his anti-state activities. He attacked the Sui gas plant & fired 500 rockets on it. The army later came in & surrounded the gas fields of Sui to secure them from further attacks.
In 2005, Mir Hazaar Khan Bajrani of Marri tribe from Kohlu, Tariq Bugti, Mir Ahmedan Bugti & Mir Ghulam Qadir Bugti from Dera Bugti & Nawab Khan Muhammad Kalpar from Sui, formed “Balochistan Aman Force.” Reference: watch this video: 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
3- The BLA-BAF rivalry:
BAF was a pro-Pakistan Baluch force. This force was formed when Pak army & FC resettled the exiled Baluchs in Sui & Dera Bugti. BAF fought along with army & FC against BLA & it also successfully wiped the menace of BLA from Kohlu, Sui & Dera Bugti.
But the terrorist activities of BLA didn’t stopped. BLA used to attack the check posts & convoys of army, FC & Levies and it also fired rockets on the helicopter of Gen. Musharraf in December 2005, when it was landing in the FC’s camp in Kohlu.
The Karzai regime also provided safe havens to the BLA militants in Afghanistan. The Baloch Sardars of Sui & Dera Bugti requested Gen. Musharraf in 2006, to arrest Akbar Bugti & hand him over to them because Akbar Bugti had committed many atrocities to their families in past.
When military action was initiated against Akbar Bugti, he fled to Kohlu rugged mountains along with Barmadagh Bugti (grandson) & Balach Marri (BLA co-founder).
4- How Akbar Bugti died:
Brahmdagh luckily escaped to Afghanistan but Akbar Bugti was entrapped in the mountain ranges of Kohlu. He was hiding in a cave along with his militants & was surrounded by FC, SSG & BAF soldiers.
The location of Akbar Bugti’s cave was traced when he used the satellite phone to communicate with his men. Akbar Bugti & his men were surrounded by military & they had no way out.
The cave was already booby-trapped when an army contingent (led by a LT. Col) went into the cave for negotiation. 6 SSG officers went inside the cave, where Nawab was hiding. They requested him to surrender.
Sensing no way out, Balach Marri's men blew the booby-trap while Balach Marri was standing just outside the cave at that time. The roof of that cave collapsed & Akbar Bugti died at the spot. Reference:👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
Barmadagh blamed Balach & never forgave him & parted ways. Reference: 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
In this incident 1 Colonel, 2 majors & 3 Captains of Pak Army’s SSG branch embraced shahadat along with 21 security forces personal. Majority of men were from SSG.balouchistantimes.blogspot.com/2012/02/?m=1

Today marks the 16th death anniversary of Pakistan’s former PM “Benazir Bhutto.” She was the 1st female Prime Minister of Pakistan & also the first Muslim woman to head a Muslim country. She was elected twice to the office of Prime Minister.
She was assassinated through a well planned CIA’s conspiracy. But the question is, Why did the CIA assasinated Benazir Bhutto?
The story starts from the U.S invasion of Afghanistan on 7th October, 2001.
In March 2004, the then U.S President, “George Bush” claimed that Osama bin Laden is hiding in the tribal areas of Pakistan. Bush made this false accusation against Pakistan because he wanted the justification to attack Pakistan & deprive Pakistan from it’s nuclear capability.
According to the information we have received from a source in the Indian Military (RR) regarding yesterday's incident in Anantnag, we were told that Indian Army Colonel Manpreet Singh & Major Ashish were accompanied by at least 30+ soldiers. DSP J&K Police Humayun Bhat had

10+ J&K Police personnel with him.
They received an intelligence report about the presence of Kashmiris in the area. Confidently, the Colonel & Major decided to conduct the operation in order to hunt down and eliminate the Kashmiris in hopes of promotion.

They also contacted J&K Police, as the Police had better knowledge of the area. So, J&K Police under the command of DSP Humayun Bhat joined them.
They all went to conduct the operation. While they were marching towards the location of the fighters, which was provided to
On 3rd September 1965, 6 IAF aircrafts intruded into Pakistan’s airspace to bomb the Pasrur airfield. These aircrafts were intercepted by PAF’s fighter jets. As a result, 5 out of 6 Indian fighter planes retreated in hurry.
The only plane left was of Squadron Leader Brijpal Singh Sikand. He was the Commander of an Indian fighter squadron. The Indian Sqn. Ldr. Brijpal Singh Sikand was flying Gnat aircraft & he surrendered to a PAF F-104 in combat. The F-104 was flown by Flight Lieutenant Hakimullah.
After the war, Flt. Lt. Hakeemullah received “Sitara-e-Jurrat.” He became the air chief of PAF two decades later. Sikand was taken as P.O.W & later he rose to be an IAF Air Marshal. This encounter was the most unusual event of the 1965 Air War.
After the Arab-Israel war of 1967, the Arabs requested Pakistan for military training. Pakistan sent it’s training contingents to Syria, Jordan & Iraq.
In Jordan, the team was led by Maj. Gen. Nawazish Ali, assisted by Brig. Zia-ul-Haq, Brig. Iftikhar Rana & Col. Yaseen Malik. The team’s mandate was limited to training the formations of the Jordanian Defence Forces & had no combat role.
