While this Slater project is a project for the ELITE. Throughout the history, the elite never knew how and when to stop plundering natural resources, and it has caused flooding, landslides, and human displacement....(3/n)
In Baguio City's experience, subdivions, condos, and townhouses built for and by the elite has cut down pine trees A WAY LOT MORE than those in suburban communities and outlying areas. And these has been permitted by DENR and the LGU btw....(4/n).
