Special bond between Bibi Sakina (sa) and her uncle, Hazrat Abbas bin Imam Ali (as) : Thread🧵
Hazrat Rukeya (sa) (also known as Hadhrat Sakina (sa) was the youngest daughter of Imam Hussain (as). Everyone loved Sakina (sa) . Other children sought her company as much as the grown ups did. She was very generous and always shared whatever she had with others.
There was a special bond between Hadhrat Sakina (SA) and her paternal uncle, Hazrat Abbas bin Imam Ali (as). He loved her more than he did his own children. If Sakina (sa) requested for anything, Abbas (as) would not rest until he fulfilled her request.
There was nothing that Abbas would not do to make Sakina happy. During the journey from Madina to Mecca and then Mecca to Karbla, Abbas was often seen riding up to the mehmil (a special saddle made for women) in which Sakina sat to make sure that she had everything she wanted
Sakina loved her uncle just as much. While in Madina she would, several times a day, visit the house in which Hazrat Abbas lived with his family and his mother, Ummul-Baneen (SA) .
At Kerbala when from the 7th of Muharram water became scarce, Sakina (sa) shared whatever little water she had with other children. When soon there was no water at all, the thirsty children would look at Hadhrat Sakina with their eyes full of hope,
And because she could not help them she would have tears in her eyes. Bibi Sakina's (sa) lips were parched with thirst. Sakina (s) came out holding a dried up mashk (water-bag). The little princess of the generous Imam leading 42 children, each with a dry water-bag.
She walked up to Hazrat Abbas (as) and told Abbas that the children had all come to her asking for water. He could see that thirst, aggravated by the scorching heat of the desert, was squeezing their young lives out of them.
Abbas (as) went to Imam Hussain (as) and requested his permission to go and get water for Sakina (sa) and the other children. Imam Hussain then gave his permission. Abbas put Sakina's mashk on the Alam (Flag), mounted his horse and rode up to Imam Hussain (as).
When Hazrat Abbas (AS) went to get the water, the children gathered around Bibi Sakina (sa) with their little cups, knowing that as soon as Hazrat Abbas (as) would bring water, Sakina (sa) would first make sure that they had some before taking any herself.
Sakina (s) could not see it any longer. She looked at Imam Hussain (a), but he turned his face away. Sakina (sa) began to tremble with fear and her eyes filled with tears. She raised her hands and prayed, Ya Allah! Do not let them kill my uncle Abbas (AS),
I will not ask for water again and ran inside to her mother (sa) .
"When Sakina saw Imam Hussain (a) bringing the blood drenched Alam (Flag) she knew that her uncle Abbas (as) had been martyred.
Then came the time when the earth shook and Sakina (SA) became an orphan.

Will Sakina also go to her home like these birds? 🧵
From the time when Imam Husayn (as) fell in the battle field, Bibi Sakina forgot to smile! Kufa saw her as a sombre little girl lost in thought. Quite often she would sit up at night. When asked if she wanted anything, she would say,
“I just heard a baby cry? Is it Asghar? He must be calling out for me!” Knowing that her weeping upset her mother, Bibi Sakina would cry silently and quickly wipe away her tears!
Dream of Sayidah Sakinah (sa) daughter of Imam Hussain (as), Thread 🧵
Bibi Sakinah (sa) relates, that on a Thursday I dreamt in Syria, then she relates a lengthy dream and at it’s conclusion, she says, that I saw a woman in my dream seated on a Camel-litter with her hand upon her head. I inquired as to who she was and was answered that,
“She is Fatimah (sa), the daughter of Muhammad (S), the daughter of the Messenger of Allah, your grand-mother”. I told myself,
“By Allah! I should go to her and relate to her all that they have done to us”, saying this I ran towards her.
A sad meeting between Hind, wife of the cursed Yazeed and the Bibi Zainab (s) in Zindan e Sham :
A Thread 🧵
It has been mentioned in history books that Hind Bint Abdullah, the wife of Yazeed - may God curse him - had no knowledge that Hussain (as) had been killed. And when they brought his wives, daughters, and sisters to the Levant, a woman entered and said to Hind:
Oh Hind, some captives have arrived and I do not know where they are from? Perhaps you will go to them and watch them So Hind got up, put on her most luxurious clothes, and put on her veil, and ordered her servant to carry the chair.

The great scholar Shaikh al-Tabrisi writes in his book, Al-Ehtejaaj, vol. 2, p. 307:
When Imam Ali bin Husain (as) entered the court of Yazid along with the members of his family they were brought near the blessed head of Imam Husain (a) which was placed in a tray
And Yazid (la) was striking it with a stick and was saying, Bani Hashim played a game to acquire rulership.
There was neither any message which descended nor any revelation How I wish my elders who were killed in Badr would be able to see this
