Guys it's over
Russia managed to take down one (1x) Challenger 2. (After it broke down, was forced to be abandoned and one of the crew dropped a Molotov down the open hatch to prevent capture).
NATO is finished.
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 1. The T-90 uses a modification of the Khakiv model V2, which was first used in the BT-8, a prototype tank before being adapted into the BT-7M, which the Soviets produced in the hundreds.
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 2. I don't, you're confusing the BT-2 and early BT-7's with the BT-7M
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 3. This was incorrect and I admitted so and removed that part from the video.
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 4 & 5: It was wrong of my to imply to engine was from the Porche Tiger however this whole thing is heavily nuanced, I've continued to do more research on this and ran into a solid wall of fuck. I'll make a video explaining everything once I have concluded it all
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 6: This was proven by UA hackers and leaked by one of the manufacturers.
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 7. This has not been proven untrue, interestingly RedEffect uses a /really/ bad source to prove otherwise which I forgot to mention in my response video because I'm an idiot.
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 8: I did not say that, I was referring to the T-15
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 9: certain varients of the BMP do use the V-2 engine, especially the earlier ones. These have been discovered still in front-line service.
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 10. The documentation of the Amarta claims it has a rear-mounted camera and a visual inspection seems to confirm this, but images of the crew compartment show no screens in front of the driver in spite of proclaiming there are supposed to be three screens there. Image
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 11: I did not say this.
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 12: I did not say this.
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 13: I did not say this
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 14: I did not say this
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 15: I used the Challenger 2 as an example due it being Reddits favorite modern western tank to dump on.
I gave examples of things Britain could do in both the long and short term if the "Good enough" philosophy of the Chally was ever challenged.
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 16: They are.
Except in the case of certain kinds of modern ammunition such as Fin Stabilised Discarding Shell rounds.
Ukranian tank crews of the Chally 2 have remarked at the tanks accuracy.
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 17: the KF-51 does exist granted as a Technical demonstration, I used it as an example of the direction western tank design was heading in
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 18: I showed the system in operation. They are modular panels that help screen things from thermal and IR optics which are typically things used to help you see in the dark being that the MK1 Eyeball is famously bad at seeing things in the dark.
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 19: I did not state nor imply this.
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 20: I did not state this
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 21: I did not say this
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 22: Digging trench lines (note Trench LINES not trenches) typically means something has gone wrong.
@Jeff21461 @strichtarn @EstViridi @Horsed00d00 23: Actually it's worse. The Thermals didn't work when the turret spins though they have now claimed to have fixed this.

Today on “Meet the Vatnik” we have glorious peoples champion @200_zoka.

Zoka wants you to think they are just a poor, sweet, innocent girl from Russia doing their best to expose the “lame stream medias” lies in regards to the ongoings in Syria and Ukraine.
2/
but in reality, he is a 23-year-old male nurse from Bosnia & Herzegovina. He has notably been responsible for the spread of a considerable number of half-truths and myths some examples being the denial of the Assad regime's warcrimes, “de-bunking” their use of chemical weapons

3/
He was central to the “White Helmet” myth which attempted to paint a Syrian aid group, famed for their use of white hardhats, as paid actors.
This story was picked up by a lot of right-wing-ish press and Youtubers, notably Sargon of Akaad who spread it without question.

Everyone has been freaking out about Cluster munitions, and when I say everyone I mean the same people who were freaking out about depleted Uranium shells being "illegal nuclear weapons".
Idiots basically.
Let me explain
2/
Cluster Munitions are not against the Geneva Convention nor are they "illegal". Its actually a separate treaty which is an agreement between 108 countries to promise not to use them.
The countries who did not sign that agreement include
-Russia
-The United States
3/
Those countries signed that agreement because cluster munitions are difficult to target accurately, they affect wide areas and thus can hit civilians and cause prolonged suffering in their victims if used indiscriminately.
Russia has been using cluster bombs since day 1.

Alright, because no one will leave me alone, this is my unexpert, totally guessing explanation as to why Wagner stopped just outside of Moscow.
Just like you always wanted, here is some random idiot's opinion but it's okay cos I'm famous on reddit.

Firstly you need to understand Proggy is an outsider. He has no political influence nor friends. Shoggy, on the other hand, does, and a lot of it. He's survived purges before. He is a master when it comes to political maneuvering.
3/ Shoggy is good at intimidation, its how he survives, his "coup" was basically that, an intimidation tactic. he wasn't looking to replace Shogiu he just wanted to show how vulnerable Putin was without him and use it as leverage to get what he wanted.

According to this Russia has 700k+ mobiks waiting in Belarus ready to flood across the border, with an expected attack in the coming weeks.
Now this is an interesting claim as we have seen evidence of soldiers and equipment being moved en mass into Belarus.
/2
As well as threats from Putin to bring Belarus into this war.
Russia has spent considerable effort upgrading anti-air defenses in the region as well as upgrading airbases to handle more traffic.
There has been every indication that something "might" happen from this direction.
/3
But as you can imagine it's not as simple as that.
Let's start with the most obvious, 700k+200k in reserve? That sounds like a fantasy number, 900k would be higher than all the forces Russia has committed to this campaign combined.
It is higher than the number Putin was able..

Russian Propaganda is currently aimed at not making you pro-Putin, but to turn you away from supporting Ukraine, or protesting against the support of Ukraine, in whatever manner it can.
Imperialism, War Bad, to it being a waste of money or "just as bad as each other".
🧵
2/
Naturally, those who follow this narrative, the people who have been dominantly anti-Ukraine.
Tend to cluster towards the extremes of the left and the right.
Otherwise known as people who are more susceptible to Propaganda and often overestimate their ability to recognize it.
3/
Many have even integrated this argument into the culture war most think they fight, thus it has devolved into a "you're on the 'other' side, which is Evil, you're Pro-Nato, so I *must* be the opposite because the opposite is good!"
So people support Russia out of 'Morality'

I'm going to be honest here in this little🧵as much as it would be satisfying to watch the vatniks reaction when russia finally faces the full might of Nato and not just small groups of volunteers and all guns left in a warehouse for 30 years, I don't think it'll come to that
2/
Behind a screen it is easy to distance ones self from the reality of war, but things become very different when it's your blood being spilled, as we've seen in russia the attitude of everyone towards the war quickly changed when it was their blood and not the faceless soldiers
3/
Boots on the ground is risky. Western media turns every loss into a fucking pantomime and every suit with a dead political career comes charging out the woodwork to "offer their opinion" which always amounts to "<current president> Bad!!"
