First and foremost, we need to address Trisha's pronouns. On Instagram, Trisha has 'She/They' listed. This thread will be using she/her pronouns but its important to note that this doesn't discredit their experience as a nonbinary person, as some people have tried to claim.

Before we address what happened, lets talk about WHY it happened. Trisha has admitted that she was lying about Gabbie in some situations, and in others they had miscommunications.

Both Trisha and Gabbie have their own mental health issues in their own right, and the situation that played out between them truly was a case of bad timing of two untreated people clashing.

This all begins with Gabbie Hanna and Jason Nash. We don’t have the full details because Gabbie has chosen to leave this between Jason and Trish, but what we do know is that Gabbie and Jason had a conversations pertaining to Jason’s sex life.

Shane Dawson had told Gabbie that Trisha had herpes, and Gabbie went on to tell Jason because it was his right to know.

This heavily upset Trisha, and she would go on to post a kitchen-floor story time about Gabbie, prompting Gabbie to reply on her Instagram stories asking what other people would do in her situation.

Gabbie wouldn’t reveal who she was talking about, and Trisha would angrily reply back to on her own story, outting herself.

It’s important to note: it is Jasons RIGHT to know. Trisha has outright said that even if she had a deadly disease, she believes her partner doesn’t have the right to know. This is genuinely the reason Gabbie told Jason in confidence.

Jason and Gabbie were friends, and as Trisha has stated, her and Gabbie weren’t close. They didn’t have a relationship where Gabbie could be like “By the way, this is what Shane told me”. She did with Jason however, and so she told him.

Not to mention, even if she did tell Trisha, what would this change? It wouldn’t protect Jason because Trish already said she wasn’t going to tell him.

Trisha would accuse Gabbie of making the information public, but Trisha was the one who revealed this in the video she posted. Trisha also tried to contest her relationship with Gabbie, stating that they had only met once.

This wasn’t true, but its shown later that this is a true miscommunication/misremembering of the situation. Trisha is also diagnosed with a personality disorder, and a big aspect of this is splitting. Gabbie may have thought the relationship was perfectly fine, when in reality -

- Trisha views it completely differently. Splitting is a psychological mechanism which allows the person to tolerate difficult and overwhelming emotions by seeing someone as either good or bad, idealised or devalued.

Gabbie show’s a situation where Trisha claims Gabbie and Ricky Dillon were rude to Trisha, and Gabbie states she doesn’t understand how she was being rude or when this could’ve happened.

This isn’t included to discount Trisha, but actually to validate her. Gabbie has autism, and not understanding social situations and accidentally offending people without noticing is quite common, meaning its very possible that Gabbie may have done something without realizing.

This could’ve also been the moment that lead Trisha to split on Gabbie as a way to cope with this, and Gabbie didn’t realize due to her autism.

The other reason I believe it’s splitting is because we’ve seen Trisha state in the past, word for word, that Gabbie Hanna is “the most loving, non confrontational, non drama seeking person i’ve ever met” and then not even 3 years later says the COMPLETE opposite -

- with the only “bad” interaction being the one with Ricky and Gabbie.

Throughout the video titled “Why I dont trust Gabbie Hanna”, Trisha would expose herself as being two faced. She admits to talking shit behind people’s backs and refuses to say it to their face when confronted.

Soon after this, Trisha Paytas and Gabi Demartino would have their own drama. I wont be getting into it (largely being it’s not relevant to this thread) but it’s important to know that Gabi D accused Trisha of blackmailing her.

Gabi D would go on to message and facetime Gabbie Hanna and ask her for advice. Gabbie Hanna would tweet and delete a couple things in relation to Trisha blackmailing Gabi, and Trisha would go on to upload a video titled “Gabbie Hanna Wont Stop Lying”

Throughout the video, Trisha would deflect attention onto Gabbie Hanna in an attempt to distance herself from the situation where she 100% blackmailed Gabi D. The evidence is out there, and i’ll link only a minimal part here. The rest of the video doesn’t address anything new.

The next video Trisha would upload is known on youtube as the “Gabbie Hanna Rant”. In this video, Trisha goes on to expose a lot of information that we the public didnt know about, namely in regards to Joey Graceffa, but we’ll address that when we get to it.

Trisha spends a majority of the video actually gaslighting Gabbie, telling her she’s crazy and needs help, and that she’s NOT gaslighting her.

Let's address real fast what gaslighting actually is, since it gets misused so often.

"A gaslighter will initially lie about simple things, but the volume of misinformation soon grows, and the gaslighter may accuse the victim of lying if he or she questions the narrative. --

this continues on by saying: "A victim experiences increased self-doubt as the gaslighter insists that what he or she remembers, thinks, and feels is wrong. --

-- The manipulative individual will introduce lies in more sensitive arenas, aiming to disrupt and distort foundational aspects of the victim’s being, wearing them down, establishing confusion, and forcing them to rely on the gaslighter’s version of reality."

This is what we see Trisha do to Gabbie throughout her videos talking about her, down to using the word "delusional". It’s highly relevant to know that during this period of time, Gabbie was actually extremely stable compared to how she is now.

Trisha had no reason to call Gabbie crazy except for the fact that she was standing up for herself. Trisha also addresses the fact that Gabbie believed she and her were friends.

Trisha states they were never friends, and Gabbie has confusion over the emphasis Trisha places on the word ‘friend’, as if it holds any more weight than the two just being acquaintances.

They interacted, they texted, they met in person, they have friendly videos referencing each other, Trisha invited Gabbie to her birthday, and Gabbie offered to send Trish her book. They were in contact.

Obviously, the two have a massive miscommunication in the relationship, especially when both of their DXs gives them each their own struggle with socialization and emotions.

Trisha would state that Gabbie “causes drama on sets” and at a later point states that Joey and Daniel are “Talking shit” which would expose that Joey Graceffa was just being an, in general, shitty person in regards to Gabbie’s eating disorder, which is truly despicable behavior.

We don't delve into it too far in this thread, but its very disheartening that Trisha would publicize this information when Gabbie’s struggles with her eating disorder were still actively being worked on.

You never know who you’re going to trigger by bringing up their actual disordered behavior to them while they are still unwell. She needed help, and thankfully she got it, but it was never Joey’s place to share that with Trisha.

After this, Gabbie and Trisha would bury the hatchet for a bit and Trisha would ask Gabbie to write a song for her. Trisha stated that she loved Gabbie’s song ‘Butterflies’ and wanted her to write her a song for her to release.

Gabbie would go on to do this, but before Trisha could accept it, they would have another falling out and Gabbie would get permission to release it herself. For some reason, people were under the impression that this song was a diss track against Trisha, but it isn’t.

As Gabbie was recording the song in the studio, the meaning of it changed for her. It wasn’t just about Trisha anymore. It was her song!

All of this culminated in Gabbie inviting Trisha onto her podcast so that she could confront her live. Throughout the podcast, Trisha was exposed for lying in multiple situations, as well as attempting to gaslight Gabbie when she actively had the screenshots.

After the podcast, Trisha would go and delete almost all of the tweets mentioning Gabbie in an attempt to hide the truth. After Gabbie posted this podcast episode, a lot of people saw through Trisha’s lies and started to believe Gabbie. This is because she was telling the truth.

In the end, Trisha would delete all her videos on Gabbie, and the only other time she would address Gabbie was in the last frenemies episode before it ended.

Trisha would rehash old drama, and attempt to re-spin the narrative in a way where Gabbie was to blame for telling Jason that Trisha had herpes, stating that she was lying about Shane telling her.

However, Trisha stated in the podcast that Shane admitted it to her, and she also stated on frenemies that Shane told her, so we know Trisha is lying.

In the end, in 2023, Trisha has stated that she think’s Gabbie is talented and that she loves her. It seems the two no longer have beef. This is a peaceful end to what has been a rocky road of drama between two people who were struggling with their mental health.

Hopefully we can all look back on this and take it as a lesson to not believe everything you hear unless somebody is supplying proof. This shit isn’t just drama, it’s ruining peoples lives and it’s affecting their mental stability. they're real people, not characters on a show.
