Adani's Twitter Army.

Post a tweet critical of Adani & a swarm of people will descend on your TL suddenly to defend him. These are not individuals but co-ordinated attacks, even though it might not seem like that at 1st.

Read on to find out 'the who' and 'the how'.

On 1st glance, it seems like they are normal people who just want to put their view point across.

These aren't abusive trolls/bots like the usual Rs 2 IT cell crowd. These people can actually string 2-3 coherent sentences together.

Here's an example from comments on my Tweet:

But when I started digging deeper, the 'rabbit hole' 🐰turned out to be an entire underground Rabbit network!

Meet Sample 1: Sadhna.

This is what she posted on my Adani & SEBI tweet. Seems normal enough, right? WRONG.
When I checked the TL, a curious pattern emerged.

All this seemingly 'normal' account does on Twitter, is post stuff that is quite clearly PAID TRENDS (including BJP hashtags) or DEFEND ADANI.

It also RTs the same copy paste paid trends posted by others like 'Chitale Bakarwadi' 😋 Eg:

Now tell me what normal human being would have a Twitter account like that? And why?

This was just 1 sample, but all of them follow the same pattern. So, Adani is using paid accounts to create narrative in his favour but making it seem like it's the regular people defending him.

Similarly, I checked all the accounts posting these comments. The pattern that emerges is:

1. These are usually female named accounts.
2. Frequently they have 100s of followers.
3. Profile picture is randomly picked up from the internet.
4. They Tweet & RT paid trends/hashtags.

5. They pretend to be normal people while defending Adani's misdeeds.
6. They also tweet/RT BJP hashtags and promote Government works/schemes.

So far we've seen the TYPE of accounts doing this. Now let's move to the TACTICS/CONTENT.

These seem like the usual 'FOR HIRE' accounts at 1st.

But when it comes to defending Adani, they don't paste random content. Instead the comments are specifically tailored to the Tweet they are replying to. And none of them copy paste the same comments, so it's hard to detect.

MO for Adani posts:

1. They don't directly attack/abuse the OP. Instead, they'll make a reasonable sounding reply, that is intended to subtly undermine the validity of the content posted.
2. Their favourite bogeyman is Soros. They randomly post tweets and hashtags against him

3. They copy paste same content with minor variations, whenever some news critical of Adani is published.

Eg: These 3 separate posts: by the same account, on the same day, using the same news Screenshot, saying essentially the same thing. So much love for Adani comes for free?

Now, how do these accounts get followers? Do you think people read their posts and follow them?

NOPE. There are certain hashtags which people post and all those posting it follow each other.
Eg: #अरविन्दभैयाजैसाकोईनही (Note: not all using the tag are Adani/paid bots.)

Now, let's analyse CONTENT STYLE:

1. The posts are written in proper English/Hindi.
2. I mean grammar, punctuation, spelling is all textbook.
3. It gives a positive message about Adani or the Government.
4. They attack opposition parties/tweeter as 'liers' or 'haters'

A lot of these obviously paid accounts also share government propaganda.

WHO PAYS for that? Taxpayer? BJP? Adani?

Here's something even more fun.

I'm going to show you video of TL of two accounts.
Both of them were furiously posting on some Soros evil etc hashtag. Notice anything odd?

Also, here's some of the KEYWORDS they routinely use:

1. Soros Attacks
2. China connection.
3. Disrupt India's progress.
4. India's growing influence
etc.

So, the next time you see someone post on your tweet in defence of Adani, check their TL. You might have been targeted by Adani's twitter Army.
