Former WI justice Michael Gableman actually rolled his eyes at Judge Roland. She called him out, saying, "You know how to comport yourself in court". Ouch. Gableman talks about nursing home voting. Judge sustains objections because Gableman didn't interview them. #EastmanTrial

Eastman's counsel wasting time with Gableman is about... 8-16 nursing home votes. WEC changed rules because of COVID. Election challenges are to find if issues are OUTCOME DETERMATIVE. Robin Vos found No Evidence of that in Gableman's report. This isn't helping #EastmanTrial.

All the #ElectionDeniers' out of context obfuscations, including Gableman's, fall apart. On the Nursing Home issue, WEC administrator Meagan Wolfe said that under state law, a person must be adjudicated incompetent by a judge before the right to vote can be removed. #EastnanTrial

Now Miller is asking Gableman about non-citizens voting. Judge Roland asks a simple quesion: "Did you find proof of any illegal voters?" Gableman, even tho he had "legislative subpeona power", stammers, "No, we couldn't find that out". 🚀 My thoughts on this below. #EastmanTrial

😅 Right off the bat, Gableman admits he had no experience with elections or election law, that in Nov 2020 he thought the election was rigged, & he was at #MikeLindell's #CyberSymposium. He was disappointed that Lindell didn't prove China accessed voting machines. #EastmanTrial

CA Bar prods: "After you were fired, did Robin Vos call you an embarrassment to the state of Wisconsin?" Gableman: "After I endorsed his opponent..." 😅 Now asking about the WI logo on his report... "someone in our office created it". Gableman is getting destroyed. #EastmanTrial

Nursing Homes: Gableman concedes he did no statistical analysis ("we intended to"). "I don't remember which parts of the report I wrote". "I don't know why the NH names weren't listed". How was NH voter turnout calculated? What % were eligible? "I don't recall". 💣 #EastmanTrial

Absolutely brutal for Michael Gableman & John Eastman. Randall Miller was so humiliated he didn't even try to Redirect. Gableman is excused. Worst possible witness for #EastmanTrial: Gableman exposed as a lying crank. If Eastman relied on any of his trash, he SHOULD be disbarred.
