SitRep - 09/09/23 - Finally ATACMS for Ukraine?

An overview of daily events in the war between Russia and Ukraine. ABC news reported, citing officials, that the US has finally changed tack and will most likely supply ATACMS to Ukraine.

As usual we start with Russian losses per 09/09/23 reported by the Ukrainian General Staff.

Today was a hot day in occupied Crimea. Several explosions happened on the peninsula, starting with two big ones in Staryi Krym.
In Simferopol, warehouses on/near a military unit caught fire.
In Kerch, also occupied Crimea, a fire broke out near Kerch-2 railway station
In Feodosia, a 'forest was on fire'. Later it became known that a military base is close to the affected area but the governor says it is 'all fine'. We known what that means usually
A pseudo-election headquarters in Zaporizhzia region was struck by an FPV drone.
On the left bank, Ukrainian troops are upping their game by using more and more low-cost FPV drones.
Also on the left bank in occupied Oleshky, Russian forces were struck by presumably counter battery fire.
In Russia, more and more fires happen at enlistment/registration or military committee offices.
A Giatsint-S destroyed in Holmivskyi, Donetsk.
A high valuable TOS-1A destroyed
Let's continue with the general events. Finally a shift in the supply of ATACMS. Thus far, Biden has been reluctant to give Ukraine ATACMS due to the availability of Storm Shadow missiles, but it seems the US is also going to supply ATACMS. At last!
Erdogan is trying to mediate and restore the grain initiative and therefore asks western countries to drop sanctions against Russia. Western countries have resisted so far.
Danish Leopard 1A5 museum pieces were in better shape than the ones in storage.
Romania detected new wreckage of drones that look very similar to those used by Russia.

No way sherlock. Waiting for the next nothing burger response.
To the front, Vasylivka-Robotyne axis:

➡️AFU has expanded their zone of control east of Novoprokopivka, coming very close to this section of the Surovikin line
➡️North of Verbove, Russia counter attacked, unclear what the result is yet
➡️AFU is gradually moving south of Robotyne Image
Confirmation footage of Ukrainian troops (which unfortunately also got hit) entrenched at new forward positions
Footage emerged of a tank battle happening southeast of Mala Tokmachka in early June during the beginning of the counter offensive.
Velyka Novosilka axis

➡️AFU has entered Novomaiors'ke, landing infantry that grabbed a foothold in the western parts
➡️Fighting going on just west of Novodonets'ke
➡️Russian sources talk about a deteriorating situation due to lack of ammunition, shells and artillery backup Image
Confirmation of the Ukrainian advance into Novomaiors'ke.
Bakhmut-Kurdyumivka

➡️Fighting continues in the remaining northeastern part of Klishchiivka where Russian forces try to suppress the AFU with heavy artillery strikes.
➡️Fighting along the railway tracks south and north of Andriivka continues. No changes

Ukrainian artillery crews hit Russians east of Andriivka with cluster munitions, striking the only supply left to the village, making a possible counter attack impossible. The town itself is already empty but controlled by neither parties.
