Imagine being a "journalist" writing these types of articles to be published with your name attached to it. The scariest part is that there's certainly the audience that actually believes this verbal diarrhea. Let's inspect The Daily Mail.

Zelensky has made some loud announcements about commitments to supply Ukraine with fighter jets during his latest begging tour through the EU. One of these announcements was that Ukrainian fighter pilots started training on Swedish Gripen aircraft. The question is, what for? 🧵
"All available aircraft are in active service and we have no plans to transfer them."
-- Swedish PM Ulf Christensson.
Next up - F-16s. A number of 🇺🇦 stans have written entire threads about the latest "game changer". Zelensky announced a whopping 42 F-16s from the Netherlands.
But there's a little nuance:
"The Netherlands has 42 F-16s available in all but has yet to decide whether all of them will be donated"
For over a year now we have been hearing that 🇷🇺 is losing the war in Ukraine and running out of everything because it can't produce military equipment due to reasons varying from sanctions and isolation to lack of chips and ball bearings.
"Things that 🇷🇺 is running out of" 🧵
The most common commodity that Russia has been running out of since March 2022 is of course missiles.
"The CIA was central to the war even before it started."
Newsweek has published an article describing the CIA role in the ukrainian conflict and, boy, is it set to embarrass the "unprovoked illegal invasion" clubs of pro-🇺🇦 commentators from around the world. 🧵
The rough outline of the article is as follows: 1. There are unwritten red lines the US, and thus ukraine agreed not to cross 2. The CIA is carrying out clandestine operations in ukraine, so not to involve the US military 3. The CIA was central to the war even before it started
4. The CIA does not have full control over Zelensky's or ukrainian military actions or fully understands factions within the criminal Kiev regime 5. Zelensky blackmails the West for military support by escalating through crossing the unwritten red lines
The WaPo published an article about CIA director Burns visit to Kiev. It reveals a few interesting key points that have not been considered by Zelensky's handlers before. The biggest one being the scenario where Crimea is no longer the end goal for ukraine. But there's a catch.🧵
According to criminals in Kiev the ideal scenario would be to advance troops to the Crimea border and to use heavy weapons to hold a population of 3 million residents hostage to gain a stronger negotiating position with Russia. In other words terrorism at the state level.
So, ukraine wants to acquire security guarantees from the West in exchange for not taking the Crimea. Judging by the way the counteroffensive is going so far, even thinking about getting to the Crimean border seems like an ambition of a very tall order.
