Judge Roland is working on scheduling. It will be the rest of this week, then Sep 26-29, & Tue Oct 3, Wed Oct 4 & Fri Oct 6 if they need it. All at 1pm EDT. That should be it, including rebuttal.

Sounds like NO FINCHEM & ROGERS TOMORROW. Judge Roland discussed Mark Finchem & Wendy Rogers. Eastman wanted them tomorrow to rebut Richer. She says timing's not right for rebuttal. She thinks only 20% of docs filed. She says "Bootstrapping them in" is "suspect". #EastmanTrial

During the discussion, Eastman's lawyer Miller said Patrick Colbeck (another election denier) was also planned as a rebuttal witness. Judge Roland said no rebuttal witnesses during case-in-chief. When he brought up Colbeck, she said, "Should I strike him too?" 😅 #EastmanTrial

Garland's retired but was a 40-year IT "consultant" from early 80's. No education since tech school. No gov't election jobs. In 2002, he looked at now obsolete voting systems. Advised GA Senate in 2006 about voting systems ("on & off till 2019"). Programmed FORTRAN? #EastmanTrial

Another sustained objection. Garland talked about his testimony to GA officials in 2020 about "fraud & illegality" in the election. He mentioned a preliminary report from GA Legislature but had nothing to do with writing it so Judge rules he can't talk about it. #EastmanTrial

Garland Favorito's VoterGA "Refutation" Report led with this. When asked if he did independent investigation, he said "maybe somewhere but we simply linked in the court hearings". How any of this does anything to help Eastman's case is a mystery. Cross will be cool. #EastmanTrial

Surely Judge Roland will give all due weight to the fumbling, unsourced, confusing testimony of Garland Favorito. What a mess. Judge Roland found another duplicated exhibit from Eastman's team, 1038 & 1144. Sloppy.

Back on the VoterGA report refuting Brad Raffensperger's letter. Irresponsible legislature members sperging out for political points feed election amateurs like Favorito, Lindell et al. They'll take it out of context & believe anything comporting with their confirmation biases.

Garland Favorito and Eastman's lawyer Randall Miller are just playing with themselves. Garland is saying Georgia's Governor, SoS & election division are all wrong & only he's right. Nothing he's saying was ever proven & Trump & allies election cases were 1-64. #EastmanTrial

No reasonable person says elections are perfect. They're run by humans. In fact errors are so common the Supreme Court refers to them as "garden variety election irregularities". The issue always is: Are errors outcome-determinative? Election deniers miss the point. #EastmanTrial

It's all trash. Favorito prefers "ballot trafficking" to "ballot harvesting". True the Vote gets shoutouts. His "Report" constantly uses phrases like "may have" & "allegedly". Incredible that Randall Miller would bring this nonsense. Money is a heck of a motivator. #EastmanTrial

Bizarre exchange: Favorito remembers talking with Eastman on conference calls near the 2020 election. But asked when he talked to him about testifying, it was all "I can't recall". Judge asks: 2023? Winter? Spring? "I can't recall". Judge: "You've remembered a lot." #EastmanTrial

This is so dull. Same old debunked talking points, it's like watching Lindell Report. Judge was going to take a break, but decided they'll break early at 7:30pm EDT. Total waste of court's time. No Cross today. Guess if Finchem & Lake are out, more Garland tomorrow. #EastmanTrial

Judge Yvette Roland has been outstanding. This is complex, turgid material, and Judge Roland has shown a total command on election matters. She's keeping both parties in line and the train moving. Randall Miller can't stop leading witnesses. CA Bar is sitting back. #EastmanTrial
