1/ I worked for Mr. Charles A. Vose, Jr., "Chuck" for nearly seven years, from 2011 to 2018, as the Chief Operating Officer of Inovest, Inc. Two of those years were embroiled in a contentious probate battle following the passing of his wife, Anne.

4/ Mr. Vose’s wife became incapacitated on January 6, 2016, and passed away on January 22, 2016.

5/ During a meeting on January 18, 2016, Mr. Vose was informed by his attorneys, Jim Kirk, and Allen Campbell, that he and Anne had waived all claims to each other’s estates through an Antenuptial Agreement. He was advised to relinquish her assets to her children once she passed. #CAVose #ChuckVose

6/ During this same meeting, Mr. Vose asked his attorneys if the prenup was on file anywhere and, if so, “Can we lose it?” His attorneys replied, “Shouldn’t be. You can, but we can’t.” #CAVose #ChuckVoss

7/ Additionally, Mr. Vose received approval from his attorneys for me, as the authorized signer on his wife’s personal checking account, to pay some of her final expenses, understanding that he would reimburse them if her Estate contested the expenditures. #ChuckVose #CAVoseJr #CharlesVose

8/ After the meeting, Mr. Vose left with the original prenuptial agreement only to return to his office, show it to me briefly, and then tear it up and throw it in the wastebasket. #CAVoseJr #ChuckVose

9/ The following day, Mr. Vose told his CPAs he wanted to ‘finagle’ his wife’s financial statements because he discovered that her entire estate would be going to her kids. He thought that if she died without a will, he would inherit half, but they waived all interest in each other’s estates in a prenup agreement. He said he didn’t think her kids knew about the prenup, so he wanted to use it as a “bargaining chip.” #CAVoseJr #ChuckVose #AnneVose

10/ Despite the advice of Jim Kirk and Allen Campbell, Mr. Vose hired another attorney, William Cook who was unaware of the provision in the prenup where he had waived his right to serve as personal representative. On January 29, 2016, Mr. Vose falsely testified under oath that he was qualified to serve as personal representative of Anne Stewart Vose’s Estate. #ChuckVose #CAVoseJr

11/ Rather than disclosing the perjury, Jim Kirk and Allen Campbell asserted attorney-client privilege, allowing Mr. Vose to commit additional acts without repercussions and eventually frame me for the crimes he committed. This has led to the destruction of my family and career and my financial ruin.

12/ Following his wife’s death, Mr. Vose closed the Inovest office, forced me to work from his home, isolated me from his attorneys, our business associates, my friends, and my family, and restricted my movements for two years.

13/ I was facing a lawsuit from his wife’s son for the checks I had written, bound by an employment contract with a 90-day termination notice requirement, and found myself cut off from the outside world. My family life was unraveling, and my sole source of income was Mr. Vose. #CAVoseJr #ChuckVose

14/ During a meeting w/ his attorneys on December 5, 2016, Mr. Vose addressed an upcoming hearing where I had been subpoenaed to testify regarding his potential perjury. He was told I would face questions about a statement made by Anne’s son, Robert during the first hearing.

15/ where he accused Mr. Vose by saying, “You murdered my mom!” My time testifying would most likely be used for them to inquire about the time surrounding his wife’s passing and the preceding months. This situation raised many concerns for Mr. Vose, as he knew my account would not align with the narrative he had been circulating for a year. As a result, he asked if they could call me to the witness stand first to get my testimony before he, himself, was called.

16/ That evening, #ChuckVose and his son, #ChadVose, decided to make sure I never testifed. The following day, Chuck Vose coerced me into contacting my attorney, Michael Thom and claiming that Anne’s son was harassing me. My appearance got canceled.

17/ In January 2017, despite already having an attorney, whom I had been working with for eight months, McAfee & Taft retained a new attorney for me, Armando Rosell. This decision could be made under the radar, because, as a non-party to the probate proceedings, no formal entry of appearances had been recorded for me in court.

18/ Keep in mind that this probate case has been going on for a year at this point. I have been forced to work in my boss’s home, under his control, nights, weekends, sometimes for a week at a time or more. He is hiding me so nobody to get to me. I am imprisoned.

19/ Subsequently, with his family and CPA's assistance, Chuck Vose and his legal team began fabricating evidence against me, concocting a narrative of unrequited love, alleged involvement in his wife’s death, theft, and other crimes. This was all orchestrated to divert attention away from Mr. Vose and guarantee that he would not face accountability for his actions.

20/ Despite holding a corporate officer position, I experienced unequal treatment compared to my male counterparts. While the male officers were represented by the law firm of McAfee & Taft, I did not receive the same legal representation or support. As the sole female officer, I was unfairly singled out and falsely implicated in the wrongdoings committed by the male officers.

21/ I was forced to sign releases to the Vose/Estate settlement agreement but was forbidden from seeing the actual settlement agreement/document, which was filed under seal by Judge Richard Kirby in the Oklahoma County District Court. In a letter to the attorney McAfee & Taft hired on my behalf, dated March 28th, 2017, false allegations were made against me, including claims of delivering lethal prescriptions, fabricating financial statements, and stealing property.

22/ The day the Estate tax return was completed, Mr. Vose revoked all my trading authorizations and Powers of Attorney (POAs). Subsequently, I found myself locked out of the office, my phone calls blocked, and accusations of not fulfilling my job responsibilities were leveled against me. To add to my predicament, I discovered that my McAfee & Taft-appointed lawyer submitted legal briefs in court without my consent or knowledge.

23/ The day before all my authorizations were revoked, I approached Mr. Vose regarding a meeting he had earlier that morning with his CPAs. I asked him if there was any particular reason or something I should be informed about. He conveyed that his family had expressed concerns regarding the extent of authority I held, particularly if I turned hostile and contemplated embezzlement. Totally random… thoughts. 🤨

24/ That same day, I received a letter from Chuck Vose with a list of my job duties. It stated, “I believe we need to make sure we are on the same page in regard to your job duties and responsibilities.” He claims I am not doing the work I was hired to do and says I have not shown up at the office for the past six months. 25/ I couldn't perform any of the job activities listed in the letter because Vose and his CPAs had revoked all my authorizations, my POAs, and online access—everything, a couple of weeks earlier, which I had informed them of.

26/ I didn't know what to think when I received that letter because Mr. Vose had just told me that he felt horrible for everything he did to hurt me and I was the best employee he had ever had. #CAVoseJr #ChuckVose

27/ To add to my predicament, I discovered that my McAfee & Taft-appointed lawyer had been submitting legal briefs in court without my consent or knowledge.

28/ I later learned that my iCloud account had been hacked granting unauthorized access to a decade’s worth of personal pictures, emails, and text messages. During the final settlement conference, Michael Lauderdale, managing director of McAfee & Taft, claimed to possess compromising photos of me and even opened a bag of sex toys on the conference room table, alleging that I had purchased them with Mr. Vose’s credit card. #CAVoseJr #ChuckVoseJr.

29/ Mr. Vose's legal team spread false rumors about me, alleging that I was attempting to extort money from him, despite knowing that these claims were entirely untrue. They concocted an intricate narrative depicting me as infatuated with Mr. Vose's wealth, insatiable for more, and willing to do anything to obtain it. I had a deep affection for my career and excelled at it. My loyalty to him was unwavering, yet he ultimately ruined me.

The Vose team exploited my personal life, my career, and my livelihood to evade accountability for their actions. They took advantage of Oklahoma's at-will employment laws to terminate my employment, circulated malicious rumors, and subjected me to gaslighting, rendering me unemployable. They bound me in an NDA to instill fear and deter me from speaking out, while also threatening prosecution if I resisted. Their actions have escalated to the point where they are attempting to seize my home. Their actions can only be described as malevolent.
