Reminder this is a draft and not all changes will make it into the final version and there could be changes in the final version that are not in this draft.

Vaults may have the same post-flight but a 0.20 VT Bonus will be awarded to vaults with post-flights in different directions.

FINALLY, Omelianchik-style vaults will be deducted for insufficient LA turn in the first flight phase. A much needed change to better differentiate between vaults.

The Tkatchev principle has been extended to Jaegers. Sadly, no change to CV formulae.

No real changes to BB CV other than this somewhat odd (and unnecessary?) clarification.

Have to say, I’m a bit disappointed bc I’m not loving the direction beam has been going. Super formulaic, generic and chock full of cheap mixed series for CV/SB.

As was promised earlier this cycle, there are now 0.30 options for body posture and rhythm.

Two changes to FX CV:

• 0.20 for indirect C+D (we’re going to see A LOT of front 1/1 and bwd 3/2 through to double back)

• 0.20 for direct B+D … we’re going to see A LOT of 5/2 + layout front

Of the changes that could’ve been made, why these?

Just realised the artistry deductions on BB and FX have a 0.20 option now. Not sure the EC will approve this, but let’s see.

WTC has followed WTC’s lead and devalued all Tkatchev variations with 1/2 turn to catch in mixed L.

Martins and Black devalued to E and F, accordingly.

YES! The Endo elements have been bumped by 1 DV, so Endo is D and Endo 1/1 is E. Derwael/Fenton devalued to E.

Fantastic change and should provide a breath of fresh air.

Nemour devalued to G, Tweddle to D, Fenton II to E and Derwael II to F.

Double lay 1/1 dismount to F. I support this to get away from close bar 1/1 + double tuck 1/1, but other dismounts needed to have their values raised, too.

Stag jump (A) added to BB ToE, which we might be popular for the dance series CR.

Garrison devalued to a B after a brief stint at C …

Split ring jump 1/1 devalued to C even though no one does it 👀

Arabian double tucked and piked 1/2 removed from fwd salto group and added to bwd salto group.

Oliveira devalued to E. 🫠

Double salto vaults added to list of prohibited elements for juniors

The above is actually just a standard judging sheet not an artistry sheet, I just meant that it shows the artistry deductions for both BB and FX on a single sheet for ease of viewing the changes.
