🧵 I’m reading through the same documents this AM in the #Delphi murder case. So far, I agree, it’s explosive especially when you take a look at some social media posts of named persons. #RichardAllen’s team has been putting in the work and conducting many depositions.

Deposition before trial is routine in Indiana where I once worked but not a tool here in Colorado, where I worked and concluded my investigative career. Those depositions are given under oath. They can be used to impeach a witness at trial #Delphi #RichardAllen

One man named in this document filed by the defense has a son who dated #Abby. This man was reportedly cleared of involvement early on after #AbbyandLibby were found murdered in #Delphi. He has some interesting things still on his SM related to Odinism. #RichardAllen

There are other names listed and other circumstances such as statements made regarding rituals, blood and bad alibis. There are statements that politics are at play. I know that politics often matter more than truth, even in policing. #Delphi #RichardAllen

Still have a lot of reading to do. However, I will say this. There are explosive allegations listed. I pray that every single lead was followed up on and people were truly investigated thoroughly before cleared. #Delphi #RichardAllen

The murder scene was described with some detail. Those details are disturbing. There is more to those murders than a sexual component. Definitely. I pray for #JusticeforAbbyandLibby. I hope for justice that this case has been handled right. Right now, there are 🚩 🚩 🚩 #Delphi

I don’t get invested in many ongoing murder cases because, well, I worked murder. Saw it and the pain that came with it for myself. It’s not recreation. But, I always felt there was more to #Delphi #RichardAllen case. Today’s defense filing is a stunner. They have some receipts.

Finished reading. Yikes. This isn’t just lawyering. During investigation, you’ll get leads, you’ll have other persons that most likely did not do the murder…BUT YOU THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATE THEM so defense can’t later use them as alternate suspect and go after you for ineptitude.

Oh, @IndianaDOC you allowed guards to wear patches on their uniforms that say “I hate people”? Really? In this day and time? I understand you might be stuck with odinism patches due to religious freedom but this patch is not appropriate for those guarding humans. Do better.

#JusticeforLibbyandAbby means arresting and convicting the RIGHT person(s) who murdered #Abby and #Libby in #Delphi Indiana. To do that, truth must be pursued and ALL loose ends wrapped up. Is #RichardAllen the murderer and the only murderer? This doc is a stunner.

Tunnel vision is enemy of truth. FBI locked in, many believed Ron Logan was responsible for murder of girls. Girls found on Logan’s property. Logan lied about his alibi but people lie to police. Logan was on probation, didn’t want to be violated. Logan is now deceased. #Delphi

FBI also failed to get needed and important video from a local gas station where another suspect may have met someone or parked. ISP later parted ways with ISP on task force. #Delphi
