An overview of daily events in the war between Russia and Ukraine. In the center of occupied Donetsk, the DPR administration building was attacked and Germany announced €400 million in support.

As usual we start with Russian losses per 18/09/23 reported by the Ukrainian general staff.

+620 men

A fairly big attack overnight with both drones and missiles, of which Ukraine managed to shoot down almost all
A Russian BTR-80, BMP-2 and BREM-1 were destroyed
Footage appeared of the Kilo-class submarine Rostov-on-don that was heavily damaged during the recent attack on the drydocks in Sevastopol.
In occupied Donetsk, the administration building of the so-called DPR was targeted.
Two Nona 2S9 were targeted. One was destroyed while another looks damaged.
An abandoned BMP-1 was found and destroyed with an FPV drone
Also a BMP-2 was destroyed with an FPV drone
On the Kinburn Spit, Ukraine managed to destroy a Russian BM-21 GRAD MLRS
Let's continue with the general events. All deputy minister of defense were dismissed. This comes after Reznikov was replaced by Umerov. It is usual a new Minister of Defense appoints his own team, therefore dismissing the current one.
Former commander of the 72nd brigade which reportedly took a big beating near Andriivka and Klishchiivka is complaining about heavy losses, lack of professionalism and hiding the truth.
Aid from South Korea in the form of two mine breaching vehicles
Also Germany provided Ukraine with another aid package worth €400 million.
Two children abducted by Russians were returned to their families in Ukraine
