SitRep - 26/09/23 - Another HQ down in Kherson

An overview of daily events in the war between Russia and Ukraine. Once again a Russian headquarters was hit, the UN committee reported on Russian crimes in Ukraine and the front in Zaporizhzia seems to be flaring up.

As usual we start with Russian losses per 26/09/23 reported by the Ukrainian general staff.

+400 men
+5 tanks
+19 APVs
+39 artillery systems
+1 MLRS
+29 UAVs
+11 cruise missiles

Unfortunately, another Shahed-drone attack overnight. This time, Russians were very effective and only 26 out of 38 drones were destroyed. It seems Russians found a new flight path or other way to bypass most air defense in the area. AFU needs to adept.

Let's continue with the general events. The UN commission that investigates Russian crimes in Ukraine reported on a what they had found until now. It shouldn't surprise you that they committed horrible crimes against the Ukrainian people.

Only one update to share tonight. Novoprokopivka-Verbove axis:

➡️AFU advanced west of Verbove clearing another treeline/field and is advancing further southward.
➡️Russian channels claim a bigger scale attack on both Novoprokopivka and Verbove is ongoing. Expect news tomorrow.
